Looks really good, way better than a half sealed plastic AA model. It's worth mentioning that one advantage AA have is the tampo-printed decals. I can clearly see the transparent layer surrounding each decal on the Almost Real model, specially on the doors since they have matt black paint which makes the decals look even worse
They still need to refine these supercar models more and add more detail. I don't think they will ever match the amount of new models that AA release every year.
Great that we have a fully opening diecast model of this hypercar, but disappointing that AR used decals instead of tampo prints. The "decal shine" does detract the quality of an otherwise fine model (engine details notwithstanding).
Nice p1! There is room for improvement, but still really good nonetheless. In other news, do you plan on getting a car from Exoto? They make nice classic cars , however there’s like no modern cars
Hey Rob. Have you heard anything about the 1:6 scale AUTOart Koenigsegg CCX models that come with a figure inside that just popped up on their website? Thanks!
Hi rob great vids...I've just purchased my first model a Aston martin vulcan by auto art , I've noticed when I open one of the doors its really loose the other door is tight is this normal ! .
No, shouldn't be like that, BUT, it is more common now on AUTOart models to have quality control issues like this. Can you return it to the seller and exchange it?
Your vids are amazing but there a little echoey wonder if it is you microphone or just the room dont know i don't know if you saw the last comment or is it just me
3:33 ...and AUTOart's it's a composite one not diecast like this! Best Choice. Any link to where we may find the same model as on eBay the cheapest I could find was US$ 188 from the US and excluding shipping? 10:10 Pity they didn't add something underneath the bonnet s31.wheelsage.org/picture/m/mclaren/p1_gtr_road_by_lanzante/mclaren_p1_gtr_road_by_lanzante_35.jpeg

Oh my God! This scale model is simply fantastic. Congrats 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Great review! I'm curious if I'm the only person who is bothered by the bent antenna?
Looking very good! Word has it that AR will give AA a run for the title of top opening model manufacturer at this price point.

Great video Rob. I’m hoping my James Hunt version of this model arrives this week.
Waiting for Zondas ;)
We all are!
@@ROBSMODELCARS ya 🔥😤😆
Hopefully this year, its been too long
I'm assuming the Geneva Motorshow version is exactly the same as this except for livery?
I've bough one on ebay, get it soon...

Yeah, those decals are awful. I would guess the gloss film and decal itself should be flat.

I do have an Exoto R89C Nissan racecar. I have reviewed it, unreal model. In the Reviews Playlist.
ROBS MODEL CARS I’ll have to check it out ! Have you looked at the gt40 they made ? The details are unreal, especially the 1/10 model!
Love the spec it looks EPIC

I have not seen that
Where?
How much and where to buy

Good job my freind
Where you bought that turntable
Ebay years ago, but they are not available anymore.
Good model, many details... very nice 👌👍
Your vids are amazing but there a little echoey wonder if it is you microphone or just the room dont know i don't know if you saw the last comment or is it just me
I've tried several mic's, my display is in a very large room and I cannot change the acoustics of the room, sorry
My eyes can only focusing on the p1 GTR , so envy you have so much model cars, too expensive for me🥺

Ebay seems to be the best for this brand. I couldn't find any store that sell this brand, and Almost reals own website, the price to buy is higher
Es mejor que el autoart? Saludos de Perú
They've got the Blue and Black Pagani Zonda Revolutione for $360 USD too!
They need to hurry up with them 1:18 Pagani models
Is there a good sub 100 dallor p1 /p1 gtr
Not that I know of
If you really like McLaren's then go for the AUTOart models. I have a couple of them and they are really good.
Agreed they are the best for accuracy. This Almost Real does provide an open able engine bay though.
LCD McLaren 600lt model detail? or almost real McLaren p1
gt detail?who is the😍 king😘?
LCD McLaren 600lt is the king of detail
👍👍👍👍
Hmm, starting to regret my TSM P1 GTR Pebble Beach, haha
I had that TSM model as well, reviewed on this channel too. This opening diecast puts into perspective resin VS diecast argument!
Scale ? 😁
I think it's 1:18
michael sutanto I’ll go buy one then 🙂
Yeah it's worth to buy in my opinion because this model has working suspension
I thought it was made by autoart
