I find that as well. I feel I am so trained in the thinking mind I’ve always known, I find myself falling back at times into that pattern which only brings unrest and not what is real and good. 🙏❤️

When I perceive that someone close to me, when he does not stop talking, is dragging me into the unconscious. I think of you, dear Echart, or A Course in Miracles, and I become quiet. His beautiful soul is like no one else's. This teaching is so deep, it's like he opened my head and poured it in and it's embedded now. The eye contact with us is so important, I feel. And can you imagine if this WAS taught in schools? Perhaps he should start his own school. Thank you Eckhart.
I feel the same way about the eye contact with Eckhart during our virtual meditation sessions. It is so beautiful. I adore him and it has begun, I think to change me a little. I feel I can see his presence and we are the same, if that makes sense. If it wasn’t for the eye contact just through his videos, I don’t think I would have been able to obtain thought cessation and find my consciousness. Being able to implement lack of thinking in the background of my everyday life isn’t a problem for me either. However, I still am unable to actually use my spacious awareness to help my same old unconscious character to improve. I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong or have a block? I’m only about a month in with Eckhart’s teachings so maybe someone can answer this? Or do I j have to persevere and find out for myself? Also, the bell was so eloquent but I’m not sure of the meaning it has.

He is such an incredible teacher. His lessons have changed “my life”, certainly for the better. Or I should say that learning to be in the presence is much better than doing in my life. Bringing the two together with consciousness dominating, like he says, is the only way I want to “be”, now. God love him for sharing his incredible wisdom, knowledge, insight, and most of all - his enlightenment. To me it is all pure love, that is, if we could name it. Lol. ❤🙏☮️
