Thank you! I reckon the funnest thing about flying is that every landing is different and we always strive to do the best every time, both in the sim and reality!
In my P3D sim I found if I combine HK Scenery with Kai Tek Airport addon. The building would be too high for the glideslope. The buildings were constructed after the decommission of the airport. So I tweaked the ILS GS to about 5.5 degrees to get clear of those high-rises. However, I had to modify the IGS-13 chart to raise the FAF height as well. I think in my sim world the airport is serving as a city airport for private jets and corporate jets.
Did you see the CHECKERBOARD in red white colour ? It tells the pilot to make a right turn towards the runway. Checkerboard lights up at night time. I live in Hong Kong but I am not sure if this structure still exists. 🏁🟥⬜🟥⬜🟥⬜🟥⬜✈🛬💥🚑👻
finally an MSFS user that knows how to land!

Yeah I agree! Just watched someone using a Southwest a320 😂
Good landing.
Very good x-wind technique 👏

Very smooth, nice lad
Nice landing
Beautifully done!
How did you make the airport show up in the FMC database?
I have the subscription from Navigraph. Cheers.
That was a ILS landing because in your map it says ILS
it's IGS as ILS only used as guidance up to checkerboard hill. the rest is flown visually
Pretty off centreline initially however very quick stop. 8.6/10
trop simple fait le avec un 747 classique ou un concorde
