I think you should be rolling a d10 to determine what kind of attack the bandits do. Standard attack / Power Attack / Special attack. It also looks like you're only having them use a single action... so if they are attacking with a standard attack, they should be attacking twice (Except the bow guy, who needs to reload). Also, you may not have armor at this point, but you should be rolling a hit location die and subtracting armor and such, or at least seeing if you get hit in the head for loss of sanity.
Also, are you remembering to subtract the casting value from your arcane ability when you cast flare? Flare has a difficulty of 8, so if you need to roll a 60 then your arcane ability would have needed to be 68.
You should be tracking dodge as well, as I believe you only get to dodge a single time per battle.

You can always loot enemies, unless specified otherwise. The enemy cards have an icon in the lower corner that tell you what loot table to roll on for killing them. There are also cards that come with the game that show everything that you can do in each town.

Youre using only 1 action per turn per hero when they have 2 to spend. If warrior and cleric doesnt move they can attack twice 😊

Quick point. The tableau you were checking ti see what each character can do in a settlement each day is just an example, not what you have to do. Each day you can choose an activity from the possible activities on the page after the example you were looking at. Length of stay is up to you, where you go in town and what each character does is also up to you.

      Table, not tableau

Really fun series to watch, going to follow along as I get ready for my own first play soon. One thing I noticed, based on a Wyloch video, rolling D100, a 0-0 would equal zero and ten for a 10. 90-0 is the 100. And he noted 0 - 1= One. It took me a bit to wrap my head around that as I always made 0-0 equal 100 but I think he correct, 90+0= 100. 🍻 💙🎲🍺

Yeah, Wyloch is wrong :) When you roll a d100, you're roll for a 1-100 (in most games). His explanation makes sense, but it doesn't allow for a true 100 to be rolled using his method. If a game looks for 00-99, then it could be used that way. (Honestly, d100s can be used in either way.)

Wyloch us utterly wrong. I have NEVER played a game with a percentage type roll where 00 was actually zero, it's always 100
