Don't do this if thoracic/rhomboid issues are due to ribs misalignment/injury you're only asking for increased tightness in an already squished in region
This looks like a goal.. no way I can attempt this right now with my ulnar nerve compressed by a cervical circumferential disc bulge but I intend to get to this point ..it’s going DOWN!!
