    Don't do this if thoracic/rhomboid issues are due to ribs misalignment/injury you're only asking for increased tightness in an already squished in region

      Exactly. This is the problem with all thoracic spine advice. You can’t get close to doing any of the movements

      It will probably the hips to if you watch his outside foot it rotates out would help like pigeon.

    This looks like a goal.. no way I can attempt this right now with my ulnar nerve compressed by a cervical circumferential disc bulge but I intend to get to this point ..it’s going DOWN!!
