    not to mention these things don't really have a mouth, and when they need to eat, they *rip open a hole in their bodies to let the prey in* and just as easily close it back up again after it's done
    that is metal as hell

    • @MegaJesseman
      @MegaJesseman 3 года назад +6

      Unless you live in water it wouldn't be the most reliable way to deal with mosquitos. The mosquito being eaten in this video, hence the title, is a larva. Mosquitos lay eggs in water. Hydras would be a reliable means of dealing with mosquito reproduction because they would eat the mosquito larva, but they aren't that great at attacking things that aren't in the water. You would be better off planting garlic around your house. Mosquitos and several other types of insects hate the smell of garlic. Also, garlic kills mosquitoes. If you don't want to put in the effort of growing your own garlic, you can also spray garlic water around your house every day.

      There are glandular cells and flagellated musculo epithelial cells present in their endodermis layer. The glandular cells secrete proteolytic enzymes and the flagellated ones, along with the contraction of the body cavity, helps in the circulation of the food and thus helps in mechanical digestion.
