Hey Sashi! Glad you‘ve enjoyed it thus far :) Generally speaking I‘m not great at learning decks fast. But I would say the best way to learn a deck is through failure! Everytime when I barely lost or won a match, I save it and replay it to think about what I could have done better. Most of the time I did a huge misplay and then I try to remember my mistakes while doing the combo again. To memorize my combos faster I usually play it on a dueling sim (like edopro) and use some custom test hands. If I notice that I loose certain matches because of a key interruption like an imperm to gilga, I try to think about different combos to play around that. And that‘s it actually. Hope that helps somehow :D
I recently made a completely independent build with d/d unchain and labrynth without overextending and having less bricks but on a 60 card pile it is doing well so far
@@DifferentDimensionDreamer well any 2 fiend can do the unchain combo so d/d can do 1 card combo, lab can do 2 card combos and they all just work together :D yeah i have a list. I am planing to upload a vid between early tomorrow and this night you can check it there since comments don't allow posting links and writing a 60 card deck would be very tedious
I mean another reason to ban Yama in my books lol. D/D/D was my first complex deck and Unchained my current favorite deck and main. Seeing those two together is just pure joy for me
@@DifferentDimensionDreamer I think this version would better work for me when I was an D/D/D main right now (as this version doesn’t add a ton to the Unchained endboard). Most people just scoop after they actually try to break the board (Caesar and Escape on field, with Yama in GY and Shavara in hand is just an interrupting festival). 2 Caesar special summon negates. Then after the first negate you detach Shavara triggering its GY effect to set Chamber. If they out Caesar you activate Shavara anyway and also search for Contract for followup. Then you can destroy Chamber with Shavara in hand to summon Abom to pop 1. Then you activate Escape poping Abom and any card on the field. If you destroy something you can trigger Yama to special summon Rage to link of a special summon monster into S:P to banish a card from anywhere. Then if they activate any monster effect you banish S:P and the other monster. If you don’t need to pop Chamber because they ran out of plays after two Caesars negates you have the ability to reset your entire field while pushing for game. So in the end you have 7-8 interrupts in three layers (2 on field, 1 in back row/ 1 in deck/hand, 3 in GY). So unless your opponent opens specifically soul release and a way to stop destructions you at least have to deal with 3 interrupts and follow up. Also Unchained doesn’t die to Nib, targeted negates and ash. So your only limiting factor is Maxx C (not because of the advantage they get but because of the chance they draw more hand traps). So if you plan for those occasions (playing blind second with board breakers and called bys and cross outs for example) you just never lose (except for the few total bricks the deck has because of Abom, Disaster, Vice King and multiple Contracts and hand traps). So a greater D/D/D package would create more weaknesses (mainly Maxx C and higher brick chance [as far as I can tell]) than benefits. But keep up the good work!
@@aetherwolf9288 Super valid point you made there! My first comment was just suggesting you to try it out if you feel like diving into the DDD nostalgia again. The unchained endboard is insane. Your detailed explanation sums up just about everything why this deck is super dangerous to face off against. Thank you for your support and insight🤙🏽
@@DifferentDimensionDreamer My final thoughts about Unchained would be that the deck is one card away from being just Tier 0. For this to happen the deck needs one of these cards (imo): 1. A Spell/Field spell with the normal Unchained effect (if set and destroyed special summon a Unchained monster from your deck) and the ability to recycle Unchained names (kinda like the Rescue Ace HQ). Because this deck is highly explosive and has no resources after turn 3 (because they have no names left). 2. A Unchained soul main deck monster (lvl 8 3000/?) that allows for quick linking dark monsters with your opponents field (+300 defense for each Unchained monster in GY) and the ability if destroyed you return one banished monster to the GY. 3. A link 3 Unchained monster (bottom right, bottom, bottom left; 0) that actually does something during your opponents turn. My idea would be an effect that blows up the field if you summon it except itself and then it has the effect to banish an Unchained monster it points to to negate either S/T or monster effects (not both but at least something that negates). The names for these cards would be as follows: Reich of the Unchained (insert name of the land of the Unchained)/Unchained clarity (wether it is a field spell or normal spell), Unchained soul of terror, Unchained Calamity. The ideas behind these cards would be as follows: Clarity would function as a recycler (the Unchaineds try to calm down but if they fail aka the card being destroyed it furthers their rage) to help with the grind game. Soul of Terror would also help with the end board and the recycling of resources (as the opposite of Disaster) and would allow the player to play under Maxx C. Finally Calamity would act as a way to play during your opponents turn (while symbolizing the extreme destruction emotions could cause represented by its initial burst and its counter productive effect that is the strongest the deck has to offer).

Yes you can! However, it is not a very consistent line as you need to hard draw 5 cards to get exactly that endboard that you just described. You need to draw: Any Unchained S/T + Sharvara + Orthros + Gryphon + Gate.
