connell walden is a character that i first read about in the novel ‘normal people’ by sally rooney. the novel quickly became one of my favorite books. shortly after, the novel was adapted into a series and published on hulu.
we follow the two main characters, marianne and connell, as they go through high school and university. i mostly focused on connell in this video and the struggles he faced throughout his time in school.
