Terry Tibs was played by Actor Kayvan Novak, a british comedian and performer. The shows "FoneJack" and"FaceJack" were also payed by this man in a mask..He really should be performing in comedy movies. He's really good.
Look up fonejacker (series1&2), and then facejacker (which this is from). The first 2 are phone pranks but done in characters (incl. Terry Tibbs) but they're done with powerpoint slideshows which are visual jokes following the dialogue. It won awards for originality. You'll enjoy it. Kayvan Novak is hilarious
