This is a fantastic video!!! Love all the techniques! All 3 cards are wonderful but was especially surprised by your using grey over the coloring. Sophisticated & stunning! Love 3D embossing folders & this steps up the options. Thanks!!!
Somehow I missed this! These cards are gorgeous and I am already coming up with some ideas for Mother's Day and birthday cards!! Thank you for sharing your amazing techniques.
Hi Simon, love your videos and products...I have a lead for you. I was watching B'sue Boutique yesterday and guess what they are using for their metal jewelry? They are using your Lunar Paste and it's GORGEOUS! The ladies there are really great and they have been in business for years😊. Please watch the video from 8/13/2022. I hope you can have a lovely collaboration. You rock Simon💗
WOW! is the comment I would use to describe the results of the foam+colouring+3D folders. Definitely No.3 for me! Love you and your videos Simon. TFS! 🥰🙏🦘🦘🦘
@Simon Hurley • For once, picking a favorite is easy. The shading on the third card and fitting neatly into the embossed background make this the winner for me. Just to be clear, I also like the tones and composition of card number 2. The contrast and shine between the floral heart and monotone background make card 1 noteworthy. Still, number 3 beats them both. 👍 P.S. I like the way you always show cleaning the foam after use. The best way for us to pick up a good habit is to see it role-modeled. You're an excellent role model so you make us all better creators. Thanks.
I love these tutorials to help me get more out of all the items I already have. I just bought the stamping foam so I have no guilt as the possibilities are endless.
Simon WOW! Especially the last example. Never would have thought to add a neutral color OVER the inking of the design on the foam. That was especially stunning. Although as always, all of your cards are just amazing. This stamping foam is so fun. I need to get the circle cut as well. I have the original & the heart shape. I love all of these ideas you share with us for using our products. Thank you!!
That is such a super use of embossing folders - now to get out my foam(Simon Hurley of course) and attempt this technique so off to the craft room. Many thanks Simon.
Really, Simon, you want me to pick a favorite? I love the bright heart lined up with the neutral background, and also the circle abstract...your results are all stunning. I'm so wowed, I'm glad you couldn't hear me wowing throughout this video!👏👏
Thanks for sharing this technique, Simon. I think the last card was stunning. I guess I like that "rustic" look. I have quite a few 3-D embossing folders so I think I'll give this a try.
