Some good deals there for the average person. I know some have way more money but wow. 600+ a month for cars . It's good to see whats out there though at a good price upto 500. Enjoy watching your content 👍.
Great info on cars. Much appreciated for all your latest information. How about some advice on Facebook advertisement on cars. Are they safe place to buy with all the necessary precautions and checks. Please look in to this sector and provide some advice . Many thanks and keep up the good work. Best wishes. !
sorry need your help looking into leasing a car because of this ULEZ thing . would you take on a maintenance contract with a 3 year lease thank you for any help
Some use drivers that actually drive the car to you, others use transporters. All professionals obviously; they don’t give your new car to a passer by mate 😁
@DefinitelyNotAGuru Absolutely... hence me suggesting to check the maths for yourself. For sure 18mths ago BEV devaluation was less than gold! Now look at it in real life.... ID3 has to be so dreadful, the software was very naughty. And £40k for a new one!! No wonder VW are laying people off...
Thanks Jim. If the CAZ comes in near me in the future, I will definitely be looking at Leaseloco. Could you tell me if there are any age restrictions on these deals, as I am in my 70's, and would I still be able to travel through the EU?
You can still drive through the EU, you just need a letter from the lease company. No upper age restrictions as far as I'm aware as long as you can prove income and have a good credit score etc.
Hi, So I live mainly in France, but a bit in Turkey, UAE and a very small bit in the UK. Do any of the leases work with LHD that could be either registered in France or just used in France. My preference would be a Range Rover
Hi Jim, How about a Video on ULEZ compliant cars and what is the oldest ULEZ compliant car you can get. Sadiq Khan has said on LBC radio you can find a ULEZ compliant car for £2k - Is he right ?
Is insurance more expensive when you lease? Other than gap insurance is there any other insurance you can take out for times money may become absent like job loss? What happens if you are hit or have an accident that is your fault?
Hi Jim. Another great video thanks. I’ve just ordered an Audi A5 Sportback on a 2-year lease as the deal was so tempting. My decision was largely influenced by your channel. Why do these lease cost variations happen? Is it surplus stock or manufacturers not shifting enough units? Why would a car cost £200 less to lease from one more to the next? (Apologies if you’ve explained this in a video I haven’t seen yet!)
Great choice Tony. Price changes are often driven by supply and demand; often it's because a manufacturer wants to stimulate a load of sales to hit a particular target, sometimes they're getting rod of older stock, sometimes they want to flood the market with a brand new model so people get used to seeing it in the wild. There are so many different reasons but I think sales targets play a big part.
I enquired a really good eUp deal in the past, not a lot more then £200ppm. All the brokers were offering the 1 single car it turns out a dealership had one delivered from factory after customer cancelled the order waited too long. The dealer simply wanted to get rid or lease it out that's why it was so cheap. I think the lease loco avg price might be slightly misleading as sometimes the really cheap in-stock deals could be just one car being touted by all brokers.
@@diorocks5858 Hi. Jim has done a few videos comparing the total 3-year cost of car ownership between cash buying, PCP and leasing. It depends on what you want and your personal circumstances but I highly recommend checking out Jim’s videos on this subject. His most recent one was only a couple weeks back.
I have just checked the lease against pcp prices on a couple of cars. The stated pcp saving here is much higher than I could get. As ever, do your own research.
I wonder if "the chip shortage" is now over and there is actually a little bit of oversupply in the marketplace? Don't let the salesman tell you otherwise!!
I'm not 100% convinced that it was ever as bad as we were told; it certainly pushed prices up and created it's own demand didn't it? I’m not saying that parts weren’t being held back but I just wonder if the shortage was perhaps a happy accident.

It’s in my book, Facebook marketplace is very much shark infested waters. Buyer beware…in a big way…lots of crooks on there.
TOP ADVICE... lease a BEV, as it could save you thousands in devaluation!! Citroën E-C4 HP £534/mth. Leaseloco E-C4 £265/mth.... You do the sums....👍
Thanks for sharing!

It all depends on the price. If you want to chat about anything you can book a call on my website.
Jim, do leasing companies use professional delivery drivers for delivery of your new car ?
Some use drivers that actually drive the car to you, others use transporters. All professionals obviously; they don’t give your new car to a passer by mate 😁
@@DefinitelyNotAGuru Thanks Jim , I just had a vision of a boy racer hammering your new car down the motorway.

Like Jim, I'm a total fan of Leaseloco. The difference between buying on HP and leasing is too enormous!! Pick any car and check for yourselves.....
Leasing is not always the answer but if you go with the deals it almost always can be.

Yes, I'd probably consider a nearly new one for £18k but at almost £40k - ouch!

I doubt it mate but you could ask one of the leasing brokers.

Hello Jim
Hi Andy ;)
What are the problems that can arise when leasing that you don’t think about u til it happens to you?
I did a whole video on the downsides of leasing
Well hello there. 😊
Oh hi
Do you need gap insurance with a lease car?
It's a VERY good idea to have it and you'll see why in the sponsored segment of this video
Cheers Jimbo❤
Thank you!

No and not to my knowledge

Hello jim!
Hello there!
I walk to work and cycle to the shops so struggle to do 1000 miles a year let alone 5000 Is there such a thing as a very low mileage lease?
Lowest is usually 6,000 per annum
I have just checked the lease against pcp prices on a couple of cars. The stated pcp saving here is much higher than I could get. As ever, do your own research.
I agree, I never mention that PCP stat in my videos as I’m not sure how it’s calculated.
