  • The plaintiff sold her vehicle to the defendant for $50,000 even though she wanted to sell it for $75,000. The defendant still owes her money, so she’s suing for the balance and lost time. The defendant argues the car was only worth $46,000, but they agreed on $48,000. He says he’s paid her in full and doesn’t owe her anything.

My Dad said he didn't know how either, (not sure if he was just saying that) but I learned how to drive it back in the early 80's. Lived in Rochester, NY, one day we had black ice on the road, literally rolled it into a drainage ditch. I was more mad that I just filled it with $20 gallons of gas that emptied out. The roof was dented in and I somehow squeezed out the door. It was a green tank!

    What a ridiculous thing for an 18 yr old to spend all that money on, a 50k AUDI which will be a money pit after it hits 50,000 miles. And he got a 15% interest loan on the rest of the money. This kid will learn an expensive lesson.

    The kid was taught a big lesson. If you want something you need to work and have the money to paid for it. If the parents couldn't pay for it in cash ( I would never buy my 18 a 50k car) then he doesn't need it. He tried to weasel his way out of paying that extra 2k. I'm glad that lady for the money. But the lady was stupid for making that type of deal. It should of been all cash or nothing. I would of pressed charges on the dealership for writing a fake check.

  • @CleveNative
    @CleveNative 17 дней назад
