You guys make the best kits for the best prices. I keep all your cards with every purchase so I can hand them out when people ask me about where I got the upgrade kits from. I really love the Junkion conversion kit but this kit looks phenomenal and has to be my favorite so far. I went out and bought another Slug just so I can build this figure. I really look forward to adding in another SS 86 Dinobot to my collection, especially a unique one like this guy. Can't wait!!!!! I'd love to see some kind of tail add on for this guy. It would really bring out a big difference between him and his base figure.
If I find another Sludge at a discount I will 100% get this set to change it.
Dear Toyhax, you NEED to make a unique label sheet for paddles!
If I get a sludge, I’ll definitely make him into paddles, maybe repaint him like how hobbies with Jose’s repainted SS86 grimlock custom, and the in progress SS86 slug custom he is making rn, or just repaint some of the parts to closer match the original colors of the SS86 sludge
I've been antisipating this kit for a long time now and it's looking fantastic. I'm really happy to see that you can make the flippers "straight" for posing (even if the 90s degree angle is best for actually standing him).
So amazing. Wish I had the $$ to go grab another Sludge and upgrade kit.
The moment I saw this I got it. I love the look and it feels just perfect.

Just got my set today. This is freakin AWESOME! I never even imagined having a leader class Paddles. I just found Snarl a couple days ago. Now I only need Swoop to complete the set.

Love the new member out of the old mold but I would like to see gap fillers for the legs in non robot form and would love to see if u can do this with more figures I can't wait to get my upgrade kit

This kit for Sludge to Paddles is incredibly designed and works fluently

The nippers should be used to removed the parts. Then a hobby knife or sand paper can remove anything extra. I mean, if you want it to look a little more clean.

Excellent way to turn a peg warmer into a new character. Are you coming out with one that has a red visor for his robot mode?
Red visor option was part of the early order bonus pieces.
In the description for the set on your website, you mention that you'd be willing to provide M2-10 pitch plastic screws if we asked for them but I was unaware on how to ask for them when I ordered mine. If there was a comment/request area, I overlooked it. So was I wondering as I've never done this kind of conversion before if m2-10 is the same as M2x10mm?

Is it possible to install the spines on the neck without the neck upgrades? I love Paddles but I'm not a huge fan of the segmented look
Probably not, since it is a peg hole connection, and Sludge’s normal neck doesn’t have a peg hole
does anyone know where i can find longer screws to secure everything better as posted on the website
We're working on finding a source to replace the different screws Hasbro used in later productions runs. Stay tuned.

The fact that Paddles wasn’t named Splash shows that there’s no real respect for the Dinobots.
the fact hasbro shafted paddles in order to make a new ankylosaurus dinobot and then have the AUDACITY to consider making a leader class size version of it when they have a perfect character like Paddles being left in the dark absolutely makes me fume

Because Paddles doesn't belong to Hasbro? Paddles falls into that weird hole that the Star Wars Expanded Universe is in: Paddles was created by a Writer who wrote a story for an anthology on contract. Paddles' rights therefore fall to that writer, and any toys would have to pay royalties to him. And Hasbro isn't gonna do that

Ok, so I just got interested in getting this upgrade kit for another Sludge when I get the chance, but I only have one question: when ordering any products on your site, let alone upgrade kits, do you need a Nonnef Productions account, or can you use an account that you already use for online shopping?
You can check out as a guest without an account, but obviously you can't use a different sites account.

I ordered this set and the feet upgrade over a month ago (mid April) and still don’t have any news update to tell me when is it coming.

That peg that holds the new neck on, i trimmed like he said at the length but it ends up to short, the screw cant seem to get enough purchase for the screw to hold on. And others cant get everything tight enough to keep the paddles from being a floppy mess. And some of the "5mil" peggs will not go in with out having to sand the tihs out off to fit
Sounds like you have the new Sludge release that needs different screws. Check the product description for more information.

We just used super glue gel. But anything that works on ABS will work.
