This was so much fun, so many memories!!! Would you like us to do a part 2 of "90s Nostalgia"?!?! Have a blessed week and we will see you next Saturday 💛💛💛
Love this... my oldest son was born “89” I remember buying these items for him. I’d love to see hairstyles & clothes for 80’s & 90’s that would be fun. Lol
It’s crazy how so many of these things became popular again in the late 2000s/early 2010s. I was born in 2008 and grew up with the beanie babies, bop it, etch-a-sketch, mouse trap, and so many others!
Alright, since the world is still not ready to know your real name, I got a question. If you were stuck on an island for the rest of your life and you only got to choose either Mario 64 or Zelda(Ocarina of Time) which would you choose?
@@shepherdb0y I have never heard of that one......I know I know, I'm not a true gamer.......I just looked it up and it looks like a newer version of Ocarina of Time
@@TheMooreTheMerrier it's kinda a direct sequel to Ocarina of Time. I got to play thru Ocarina, but really only fought the final boss on my friend's file for Majora's Mask. Also, you can refer to me by my nickname, Dk lol
This was so much fun.I was born way before the 90's but my daughter was born in 88 and my son in 91 so I remember so much of this stuff.Thank you for taking us back.
I was born in 2004 but some of those foods/toys have me some nostalgia! I used to have a furby but I guess they must've still been popular in the 2000s bc I remember seeing commercials about them. This video was so cool!
The Viennetta (the one that looks like lasagne 😂) is actually an ice-cream & we still get it - or versions of it - in Malta. Great video as always & thanks for the trip down memory lane. I was born in 1983 & I remember a lot of these around 😊😊
8:49 I'm from 1981, from like 89-92 I would record everything on cassette tape from the radio to just conversations with my family and friends. I wish I still had all my old tapes :-(
I'm sorry you don't have your old tapes 😔 I interviewed my grandpa(who is no longer with us) for my History class on a tape about his war experiences. I wish I still had that to convert to digital and share with the whole family
Omg yes! Hubby was born in 88 and I was 89 but everything you shared I remember! I had about a dozen Ferbies and just recently we got rid of all our VHS and we had one of those rewinders that was like a car?! I remember Tweety bird was a big deal and LisaFrank craft supplies!! I even got the tweety bird ice cream pop from the ice cream truck that had the gumball eyes!! This was so much fun!
I am OLD. I bought most of that stuff for my cousins kids and my niece and nephew. I did have a Slinky and a "Hop-It", which was similar to a "Skip-It", except there was a bell on the end. Ahhhh the good old days! LIKED for Micah!
YES! this is so crazy my siblings and I were just talking about how we grew up. They are 8 and 10 years older than me so their experience was a little different but I was born in 88 so all of this was super relatable. Do movies or clothing, tv shows or anything else really :D Do you all remember pongs
Awesome video! I was born in the 90s didn't remember much since I was a baby...Will be cool to see you guys do the war head challenge or 90s game challenge!
I can’t believe you didn’t have the easy bake oven it was my fav! I also own a lot of old Polly pockets thanks for letting me know I will check them out 😂
Yeah Katie MOORE! Love your name! You should totally check out and see if your Polly Pockets are worth something! I could totally use and EASY Bake Oven lol
Since he has so many older siblings, I bet there were alot of hand me down 80's toys in the house too. There had to have been an Atari, NES or Sega in the house.
By the grace of God we both grew up in Christian homes. We both had very godly parents as well. I got saved when I was 8 and Mike when he was in high school.
Ha! I was born in 1971 so I know that a few of these things came out in the late 70's/early 80's. Largely the games. Mouse Trap was definitely an "older than the 90's" game. I remember playing that in '76 or '77. It never worked right though which bummed me out. The Slinky was also an older toy. They did a portion of Mysteries at the Museum that featured Slinky's in fact. I can't remember what it said about that toy, but it seemed like it was created (completely by accident) in the 40's? Still, very interesting video!
Yeah, we even had the Game of Life out which is from the 70s but it still gives us memories of the 90s lol 😂 The slinky's were amazing and I had no clue it was created in the 40s....and of course like alot of inventions....MADE BY ACCIDENT lol
@@TheMooreTheMerrier Every time I see a slinky, I flashback to when I was working in an old UA Movie Theater and we had Eddie Murphy "Raw" come in. Obviously, I no longer watch that video, but it was long before I was saved. Anyway, the ending of Raw, Eddie was doing this thing where he does his dad drunk berating how good Eddie had it. He does all of this messed up dialogue and then he ends with, "Every time I hear that song, I get sick to my stomach. 'They walk downstairs alone or in pairs. They make a slinkidy sound. A spring a spring a marvelous thing! Everyone knows it a slinky. A slinky! A slinky! A wonderful, wonderful toy. A slinky! A slinky! It's fun for a girl and a boy!'"
