Ok so you didn't show us the backyard of the first house nor the 2nd. It annoys me when realtors don't show what you're working with, as far as outside space, but you did show, house 3 somewhat. So again, desirable, you're basing on school system, or..something else. Sometimes you can be the house in neighborhood 1, that starts fixing things up and improving and then it catches on.

See in some states, you can have less desirable and it can be about income demographics not so much race demographics. I didn't like the interior of house 2 or 3, and thought house 1 had more character, but not sure what the yard looked like.
