@@Tyler_Bundy Very true! My wife and I have been investing for about 10 years. My wife is an agent, which is nice. We have 14 properties, mostly single family. It's really been the best decision (for us) we've ever made.
I'm from California, but have lived the last 20 years on the west side of Oahu, Hawaii, and I am seriously thinking about relocating my family and me to eastern Nebraska (Papillion and Gretna seem nice). Being stuck on a rock and hanging out at the beach is whimsical for about a month or so. But after that, the ridiculously high cost of everything, the heat, and the constant flow of tourists wear on you. I had an aunt and uncle who lived not so far from you in a small farming town called Madison, Minnesota. I visited for a week about 40 years ago when I was 11, and I loved it. It was just a vibe, a good vibe, that I couldn't put my finger, but one that I find myself seeking again at the age of 53. I think that the whole area has a missing piece to make the puzzle whole and that I would like to find.
As a current college student in Omaha from Oahu as well, it's not horrible if you can get used to the weather and lack of beaches. Pretty decent food, but nothing compared to back home but it's aight. Everything being cheaper does help a lot tho

I left Omaha in '79 at the age of 33. After 42 years the best thing I can say about Omaha is that is has suffered through a decades long identity crisis. It’s like it wants to be a big, attractive city... but it also wants to be the best place to raise a family... and it can’t come to grips with the fact those things aren’t mutually exclusive. The citizens can’t seem to accept that “family” and “culture” can exist in the same city. Its location and layout don’t satisfy outdoor enthusiasts. Omaha doesn’t do or build or keep or maintain any of the things that would make it a big attractive city... like theme parks or large companies or sports teams. It passes much of its tax breaks to out of state developers and then allows the same developers to tax its developments... a double whammy on the working class. Omaha will spend disproportionate amounts of energy to punish recreational marijuana use, or prevent a strip club from opening. At the same time it won’t lift a finger to correct the decades long dilapidation of 72nd and Dodge until it’s forced to accept the terms of a ruthless developer. It’s fantastically stupid.
Okay. Im here working everyday with the public. I NEVER saw a city where theres so much livelyness. Yes, the people in the Omaha, and especially Sarpy County are some of the nicest people. Honestly i would LOVE to live here.
I Came from a tropical country and move here in nebraska. i like snow but not the cold 🥲i like how people here are still living conservative, family oriented, low crime, rich states.. i dont mind living here forever in short i am inlove of omaha, nebraska. ❤️
As someone who has lived on the west coast of the US for the last almost 3 years, I can tell you one thing. I would rather live in the middle part of the country then out here. Granted Omaha might have high property tax, but you should see the housing prices in the state of Oregon where I currently live. And we won't even start talking about the income tax. Granted there is no sales tax, and minimum wage is higher. But the cost of living in Oregon makes Nebraska look like heaven.
Tyler, great video! The state marketing campaign really cracks me up! Visited Nebraska in January and saw another sign as we entered the state that said “Nebraska: the Good Life”, but we also saw the slogan “Nebraska: It’s not for Everyone.” In regards to the property taxes, at least there are 15 other states that are higher, as the state is ranked number 35.
Wow great info and thank you so much for sharing!!! if you wanted to drop a link in the comments where people could find that rating incase they want to see what other states have high taxes that would be fantastic!!!
Great video! Snow shots are spectacular and cinematic, quite impressive. I was in Omaha for a brief period and have to admit its a very calm and peaceful city. It might not be as buzzing as some other cities, but for someone who wants to lead a quite life with family it can be a good option. The job opportunities are plenty for IT and Non-IT with good pay scales. There are quite a few good restaurants for food lovers and traffic is very minimum. The weather can be harsh at times because of dropping temperatures.
I grew up in San Diego and Laguna Beach, CA. However, I attended Creighton University for undergrad. Omaha is a great city, and I really enjoyed my years there. To this day, I still consider Omaha a "second home." Great friends and great memories. Upon retirement in a few years, I certainly will consider returning to Omaha or Nebraska. The harsh winter weather won't be a problem, however. I have a second home in Waikoloa, HI. I'll just ride out the winters on the Big Island! 😀😎
I'm from the island of Oahu and attended Punahou high school(the same school that President Obama attended and won state basketball championship at). My father met my native hawaiian mother when he joined the airforce. He's been a jet pilot for 32 years on Oahu. When I was 9 years old, he took me to Nebraska because he was doing some airforce exercises. We visited North 24th street all the way back up to the downtown area of Omaha. I'm now living on the East Coast and the difference in education and wealth, among blacks here in Virginia, is literally superior to that of Omaha !! Come to find out, blacks are the wealthiest and most educated in the United States within the Maryland, Washington D.C and Virginia tri-state area due to not only historical reason but also to the very large percentage of blacks that live in these areas...
I moved here 10yrs ago from the Left Coast (SoCal). Nice folks, polite traffic (Everyone was doing the speed limit... 10yrs ago, not now though). It took me 1 1/2 yrs to figure out where I was, whenever I went out. I'm used to Sun, & Mountains for guidance. Sun is not represented much. My immediate faves were; • Unique Coffee houses & Bars. In SoCal uniqueness in both is a rarity. I like the Weather; Coming from SoCal, that was the most boring part of day to day. When it snows, I gleefully go out and shovel, cuz I love to ski, and in my mind, that makes me think I'll be doing some skiing soon. 5150 in Calif law code, also name of 1986 Van Halen album. • Cost of living is better than many other areas. Way better than either coast. Not faves; • Driving at night in wet or snowy weather. Forget staying in a lane, where's the f'ing road??? I do greatly miss Raised Lane Reflectors. Are extremely useful, but I understand how they're not easily managed here. However I have seen a small amount out west of O in the country. Road signs do not seem to be well placed. • Driving to Des Moines puts me to sleep. Thanks for the vid Tyler.
@Sir Soma The only part of Pittsburgh I like is the Yellow of the Steelers colors, it reminds me of the yellow yield of Corn as in Cornhusker, can you dig it?
35 year resident of Omaha, and this is all true. Omaha has some big lakes, but they all have huge signs filled with all the things you can't do at them. Such as camp, swim or ski.
Yeah they’re really strict around here. As an outdoors enthusiast. I find it really hard have fun in or around this city. It’s sad because there’s other good parts of it.
You are spot on about property taxes here, I moved across the river 15 years ago and never regretted it, omaha is a very boring place to live.Six flags wanted to put in a park and NASCAR wanted to build a track here, but that didn't happen, the people of omaha needs to vote all the local crooks out of office and get some new people in there with a new vision for omaha.
Born and raised in Omaha and I love Omaha so deeply but I have to see more (graduating in May BS) I love the weather changes and the extremes of it. I know I’ll be back and investing in residential land at some point. Omaha is gold
I never comment, because I'm too busy going to my next video, but tonight I just have to stop and say, LOL! Your video on the best of Nebraska was very well done. Then you hit on the worst about Nebraska and NAILED it! No theme parks and no professional sports teams; plus, limited night life. I grew up in California and while I miss the beach and the endless number of times spent there with friends, my sons and daughters, and just by myself (I really love the beach) I can live without it so I don't have to deal with everything else that goes with it in California. I don't care at all about night life. I could care less about professional sports, and I was way done with theme parks years ago. The thought of not having to put up with any of that is what really makes me love the idea of Nebraska! Worst things about Nebraska? BEST! Oh, and if I winer in Portugal, down in the Algarve, it won't matter. Best place for families? I'm moving! Tyler, you are my new favorite channel!
Council bluffs, same thing. Born and raised, moved to Hawaii with my husband mid last year, hated it. Moved back here to be with my family and to have my baby in my hometown. Much happier here.
My husband and I were both born and raised in Omaha and moved to Washington state 28 years ago. We are heading home this summer and have already bought a house. I cannot wait to be back in Nebraska! Sure we’ll miss the ocean and the mountains, but there’s no place in this country like Nebraska. The people are amazing!
Iv been here a little over a year now. My son and I are originally from California. I will say I love that I had a job in place before I even touched down, also the school system is much better here than back home in los angeles my son is doing so well here. We do miss home and winter definitely makes us wanna go back but im content here. Im a homebody so the fact that its a slower pace doesnt bother me, however i would love to know where the fun is sometimes
Not a big fan of the current weather BUT I have lived here for over 30 years and have still not seen EVERYTHING THERE IS TO SEE IN OMAHA AND I LOVE THAT.
Used to live in Nebraska Grand Island and Omaha Many fond memories but I remember the cold winters and hot summers plenty to do if you like hunting and fishing or stock car racing not much else of course everyone is a Huskers fan. Moved to California 55 years ago love the mountains desert and ocean plus the Dodgers and other sports you have it all right here within a few minutes drive. Property tax is low compared to Nebraska especially if you bought 30 years ago like I did. All in all if you are happy and making a good living stay where you are moving probably won't make you a better person.
I moved here 4 years ago from portland or because of all the drugs and unrest... i love it here! And yes, i do miss the coast and the hiking places... but my kids have a safer childhood here.
I relocated here from Boston MA about 4 years ago after finishing time in the Air Force, and I gotta say...I think I'm way overdue for a change of scenery. I don't disagree that it is probably one of the most peaceful places to raise a family. I personally would recommend against any young professionals moving here alone as I feel Omaha is more for families. As far as people being on the nicer side, I can agree also. Coming from the East Coast, people in the Midwest have been relatively nicer on a more surface level I feel compared to people I've met in the South that invite you to their home shortly after meeting you (pandemic aside this is just my experience). The food scene is rather comical with mainly chain restaurants you can find anywhere, and as far as things to do, I can find not a whole lot after have been to the Zoo enough times throughout the years. I guess I can't find much since I couldn't care less about college sports. Did my 4 years at UNO and felt as I probably would have had a completely more positive experience if I had gone in as a traditional student rather than a Veteran slightly older than many in my classes. Tried to volunteer and participate in as many programs as I could find while in school. Anyway sorry for the mini-rant, great video! I was just talking from the heart as someone who has been told many times "it is what you make of it" and tried to love living here in Omaha but only to find myself increasing in depression like never before in my life.
I have been thinking about moving to Ashville NC or Charleston SC yet I keep reading how touristy and competitive those places are... I do want to make friends beyond superficial politeness.. I feel people are addicted to their phones and have lost social skills - I am speaking from living in Portland Oregon in the early 2000s until 2012 and then Montana.. Folks don't know how to connect and I am talking about people in their 50s and 60s that are also always on their phones. I think a lot of people are on prescription meds or on recreational drugs so folks are out of it.. and the social engineering dividing everybody makes it a challenge to get established in a new place. Do you think the South is better than the Midwest?
We Have A lot of Different Age Groups Living here , it's not the wild west and Omaha Nebraska always has some place to go and have a great time, in Fact Bret Michaels and Ted Nugent Like coming to Omaha Nebraska and a few others. Papillion Nebraska is a Great family town because I grew up in this Town and a lot of small towns also. Omaha is okay also.
@@andrejka_sacred_coach I am wanting to move to North or South Carolina too, I have submitted applications, and how I have to wait my turn on the list for rental. ;) I am living in Southern Oregon, and don't like the politics of the west coast, the drugs, the homeless, and the liberals.
Look on the bright side, at least you are not in the Great Lakes Region where heavy lake effect snow can be a real nuisance along with the almost constant winds.
I also think that the weather is one of the best things about Omaha though. The power of Spring and early Summer storms, (as long as you don't take a direct hit!) is completely breathtaking. Then the nice, dry Fall breezes. I'd miss the variety show. It's just, some of the extreme stuff parks itself a bit too long! It makes you appreciate nice days though!
I'm moving to Fremont NE in a couple of weeks, and I'm really enjoying your videos, since apparently those who live in Dodge County, go to Omaha a lot on the weekends, so I'll be visiting your city very soon, cheers from Durango Mexico.
I’m from Texas but move to Omaha since 2005 ,,winter is hard for me I can’t get used to it,, the reason I move here is because there are good paying jobs ,
Heyyy just found your channel. I'm also a RUclipsr in Omaha and this freaking cold weather is ridiculous. I just went live on my channel earlier, discussing the forced power outages for today and tomorrow. And it's supposed to be -20 degrees tonight. Ugggghhh But I luvvvvvvv luvvvvv luvvvvv Omaha. We have the good and the bad like anywhere else. But I'm born and raised here. I might not retire here, but it'll always be my home.
I've lived here since 2008 and pot holes were never that bad until, what was it, 1 or 2 years ago? I think it was 2 years ago. Ask ANYONE, it was unbelievable. That year EVERYONE was talking about them.
Pot holes have always been a problem and the city has never been great about fixing them. I agree, 2019 was an especially bad year for them though. My family even purchased the memorial Omaha Potholes shirts.
I think the potholes were so noticeable because the towns surrounding Omaha Proper were taking far better care of their roads, plus I think it came to a head because this was a good few years after the wheel tax was instituted with no actual improvement seen.
I agree, no beaches, not a lot of good fishing spots, not a lot of decent night clubs and I find it strange to have a lack of movie theaters, and Omaha shuts down too early
All good points. I lived in Omaha for 10 years. Just moved six months ago and I agree with that. Especially things closing too early. I feel like that’s because there’s a lot of old retirees in town that are in bed by 8.
Yes on the shutting down early thing! Why do all of the restaurants close up at 9:00 p.m.? I moved away several years ago. When back for a visit, I tried heading out for some dinner at 9:30 and everything (except some fast food joints) was closed. I guess I forgot about that. In my current city I’m used to restaurants and businesses being open into the night.
I’ve been in Nebraska all my life...Omaha for 27 years and I hate it!! I have daydreaming since I was 10 to move to Phoenix... maybe someday my dream will come true!🙏🏻🙏🏻 The only good thing about Omaha is I have friends and kids here!
I love omaha! I'm pretty used to the cold. I feel like omaha is ignored even though it's a very large city. We have the BEST steak lol. i also do have to mention there are some pretty nice museums and minor attractions that are decently fun for all ages so there isn't NOTHING to do.
I wouldn’t consider Omaha very large. The whole metro area only has a million people. That’s pretty small. But what’s that big country music festival every year? I’m interested in going to that. Is it worth flying in from the East coast?
I left Omaha for New England in 2006. I miss that it's cheaper to live, the slower way of life, weather and mostly thunderstorms. I do not miss the lack of "things" to do, the sometimes stagnant areas. However, New England isn't all "gold" either. I love the ocean here in Newport, but I miss those massive rivers! Much love to you NE!
New England gets so hyped for its history, education, sports teams, and beaches, but honestly it's overhyped and over expensive. Massachusetts is more expensive than California is, that's saying something. Plus I'd argue the winters in New England are worse than the midwest because we get way more snow, but you guys have colder temperatures. I think I'd take colder temps with wind, but honestly cold is cold and I'm not a big fan of too much snow. I like the cold.
@@Jjjaaahhnn New England is super hyped. I have to say I do LOVE the cold. Much milder here. In RI there doesn't seem to be much snow at all. Most melts pretty quickly with the salty air. I rarely have frost on my windshield in the winters. I do love NH. I'm looking forward to one day leaving RI. No clue where though.✨
The weather is one of the things I enjoy about Omaha. Having lived in CA for a while I found I really missed the seasons when everyday was about the same in terms of weather and season.
Love your honesty, and w all that you said you still may be hearing from us. Humor goes a long way in ingratiating yourself to a wider audience. Keep it going!
I am originally from omaha moved to Portland maine area awhile ago it's about a 15 minute drive to the ocean and probably 30 minutes to the mountains...but I miss omaha almost everyday besides the winters lol
@@robynszeliga6113 Relative to someplace like the East coast, sure. But the demand from the pandemic, and rising material cost have temporary pushed housing prices way up for the area. One builder I know said just the framing lumber cost pushed is new houses (single family homes) up by $30k. And that's just lumber cost alone.
I've lived in Omaha for 33 years and while I hate the taxes, things are getting better for things to do, we have a great zoo, Lauritzen Gardens, The Luminarium and the new Gene Leahy Mall.
Surprised you didn't show just how deep the snow can be lol. I love to say how much I hate it here, but every time I travel I'm happy to come home. Plus, Epply is one of the best airports in the US, in my opinion 😁
Of of course the grass is always greener on the other side.... Fresh clean unpolluted air is a huge one for me! Are trails might be 'flat' but they're just as beautiful.
If you are an older person I understand that the weather can suck but if you are a younger person under the age of 60 their is no reason why you can't enjoy living somewhere like Nebraska. As for the other crap people are starting to realize that cheaper housing food gas and the amenities of living a good live are more important than the so called cool urban large cities, and besides everyone sits around watching net flix video games and all the other bull sh*t social media crap these days, I'm pretty sure Nebraska has internet service.
I'm military and have lived all over. This is my second time living in Omaha and while it's not my favorite place to be (that is reserved for Germany and Colorado), it also isn't the worst place (which is reserved for New Mexico and Mississippi). I consider it a decent, midwest city. Do I want to live here forever? No. Is it fine for now? For sure.
I have been considering relocating to Boulder or Denver yet my friends are screaming inside, worried about me moving to a liberal stronghold before the next set of riots or worse .. I prefer being in a more freedom oriented part of the USA that declines from pushing injections, suffocation, sex changes for children or making white people feel guilty for their skin color. I have no idea what Colorado is like. ..... Also Colorado seems financially inaccessible for most people .. I want to live somewhere walkable and where other people also like to be outdoors where I am not the only one in all weather.
Yes it's cold here..... The WHOLE Midwest is cold! I grew up in Chicago for 29 years. Is F ing cold and windy there too! You want warm, move to Arizona! Omaha is different, yes. But really, what do you get in a big city? Crime....gridlock traffic....high prices for EVERYTHING? A night out is like a whole paycheck in Chicago! Honestly, you just need to get creative here! Enjoy the simple things! Go for a drive in the country. Go take in the sites downtown. Yes there is not tons of things to do. But there's also a bunch of neat little things I bet you've never seen. I think there's simply some really neat old buildings downtown. I enjoy walking by all the shops. There are some awesome bars, restaurants and breweries which are WAY more affordable for a night out than Chicago. Apartment living is very fair. Seems like a lot of good jobs out here. Possibly a little limited but oh well. Tons of concert venues to go to. Get some outdoor hobbies for the summer and some indoor hobbies for the winter. Trails, camping, tons of state parks! Things I don't like: the drivers SUCK. Just horrible. Although rush hour is nothing compared to Chicago! Second, I always enjoyed good bread and lunch meat in Chicago. Well, it's very plain here..... White bread and turkey.... But on the other side, there is some good ethnic food. Seems like Mexican food is big around here. I've seen people talk a lot about the sushi places here too . Life is what you make it. If you are the type of person who needs to be in a big city, don't move here.... If you can find interest in the small things and make your own fun, it's great. For me, it's a breath of fresh air compared to Chicago
The tax issue is certainly real, but bad weather and Tornados happen in a large swaths of the country. I was on Army recruiting duty in Newport Beach, and "the beach" lost its novelty for me quickly. We have one of the best Zoos in the world, the CHI Center brings in A list acts, we have great AAA Baseball, and the Huskers play less than an hour away. I wouldn't say that most of these "reasons not to live in Omaha" are particularly compelling. I love it here. Still, a well done video.
Moving south next year. Not because of the winters but because of property taxes. Where does l that money go? I feel like I'm paying for someone else's early retirement while I slave away until 66. Also not much to see in Omaha except a sea of suburbs and tons of vacant property. Anyway on the bright side Omaha is easy to get around in.
My husband and the rest of their clan is from Nebraska, he was born and raised in Omaha,, gotta say this, the first time I got here,, it was not as joyful as I expected just because of the land area it self. I grew up close to the mountains and seas so it was quite something a twitch in my heart.. but not that much anyway..

Anyway I just found your channel, you are great, funny, nice person - must dig into your older videos I wish you a happy life in your new home with your son
Dude lake living is one of my dreams...the ocean is kinda over rated and often times 2-3 times more expensive than a similar sized lake house at least in Nebraska
I am the fourth of six generations of John Hansens that are in Douglas County. (The three older generations are buried in Mount Hope Cemetery on Military Rd.) I graduated from Westside and my grandkids are in Millard district. I have spend 14 years living abroad and in the last few years returned to Omaha metro. I have also lived in different parts of the country- PA, MO, TX, SD, etc. I would suggest that even though you are a Nebraska realtor that you consider sharing some of the housing and lifestyle options on the Iowa side of the river with people moving to the metro area. If folks are working downtown, the commute from Iowa is quicker and they will also have their back to the sun instead of in their eyes... The taxes are also MUCH cheaper in Iowa. CB, Glenwood, Treynor, Crescent, etc can offer fun options with the bluffs that are ALMOST mountains for fun and hiking....
You nailed it right on the head the main reason I hate Omaha. My father born and raised Omaha now lives in Salt Lake City Utah. New house that he took the time to get built valued around 250K-350k. Now I’m a homeowner here in Omaha House valued about 180K. His property taxes are not even a 10th of my property taxes. I’m 100% service-connected disabled vet. The VA hospital here in Omaha is what keeps me here. Our VA hospital is a learning hospital. Omaha Nebraska we have some of the best medical colleges around. I’ve heard the horror stories of veterans coming here to see their children. Getting treated for something that they are on a waiting list for another few years at their local VA. Now I do think we need to change our state motto from “ it’s a good life” to “ still under construction”
I moved from Gulfport Mississippi. Man I hear alot of hate but mostly from locals who haven't been anywhere. Mississippi has some of the lowest in taxes but there are little to no opportunities...and that's being very nice. It's sweet here. The price of living compared to opportunities and wages.
It doesn't hasn't snowed as much as it has this winter every year. We have had more snow storms this year. We do not get as many tornados as you 🤔 think. How long has this guy here?
My whole life😜. Many of the Tornadoes we don't hear about and i referenced it as a minor point. Also my comment in the video mentioned that most of the time there is no snow on the ground but is very cold, but when it does snow it can go all out!

Per your assertion you meant to say they are mutually exclusive.
@@darenkizlin Omaha believes it has to choose. Omaha believes the choice is either/or. Omaha is wrong. Family and culture are not mutually exclusive.

I can’t hate Omaha lived here all my life buuut I do really hate the winters!
Omaha is underrate tbh..
Coming from Europe, I was just visiting Omaha for a few days and I really liked it. It's a nice place to live.
During my working live I traveled the whole country , but I always had a smile on my face when I was flying back into Omaha
Cool! how long have you lived here?
I grew up in San Diego and Laguna Beach, CA. However, I attended Creighton University for undergrad. Omaha is a great city, and I really enjoyed my years there. To this day, I still consider Omaha a "second home." Great friends and great memories. Upon retirement in a few years, I certainly will consider returning to Omaha or Nebraska. The harsh winter weather won't be a problem, however. I have a second home in Waikoloa, HI. I'll just ride out the winters on the Big Island! 😀😎
Thanks for sharing Chuck
@@markettradinggenius I'm from Ewa Beach, and I am seriously considering making that move to eastern Nebraska!

35 year resident of Omaha, and this is all true. Omaha has some big lakes, but they all have huge signs filled with all the things you can't do at them. Such as camp, swim or ski.
So, basically all the fun stuff.

Jim I really appreciate this comment! Thanks for the support by watching my videos!!!
We are moving to Omaha from Washington State at the end of this month.
Nice drone shots, cool you got them yourself rather than stock footage!

Omaha is a magical town where anything can happen... but doesn't because it's Omaha and *nothing* happens there.
There defiantly pros and cons that have to be weighed... Thanks for sharing!

Hey I'm co-host on an Omaha based RUclips channel too. Da Hood Table! Check us out.
And I'm also happy to see someone from Omaha doing their thing!
I moved here 4 years ago from portland or because of all the drugs and unrest... i love it here! And yes, i do miss the coast and the hiking places... but my kids have a safer childhood here.
My husband just retired from Portland Fire and we are moving to Omaha at the end of the month.
You must be in west Omaha. North O and some of south O are pretty dangerous
All of those good attributes are because they are conservative. Remember that come voting time.

@@noodlywisdom you are too good looking for Omaha
I think the potholes were so noticeable because the towns surrounding Omaha Proper were taking far better care of their roads, plus I think it came to a head because this was a good few years after the wheel tax was instituted with no actual improvement seen.
Potholes and rough pavements are commonplace in most northern cities and suburbs. Omaha is no worse or better than any other cold winter locale.
It is to the cities advantage. More car repairs. More tax revenue. Ok. I'm a conspiracy theory nut sometimes. I admit it.

I wouldn’t consider Omaha very large. The whole metro area only has a million people. That’s pretty small. But what’s that big country music festival every year? I’m interested in going to that. Is it worth flying in from the East coast?
I live in Omaha and your drone & editing is amazing! I don’t think I’ve ever watched a full video about my city until this keep them coming !

@@robynszeliga6113 Relative to someplace like the East coast, sure. But the demand from the pandemic, and rising material cost have temporary pushed housing prices way up for the area. If you are an older person I understand that the weather can suck but if you are a younger person under the age of 60 their is no reason why you can't enjoy living somewhere like Nebraska.
Thanks for sharing your insights!
Thanks for shareing... Great info!

Now I’m a homeowner here in Omaha House valued about 180K. His property taxes are not even a 10th of my property taxes.

Incredible shots! Looks so professional
I love Omaha. ❤ I was a bit sad to see the changes of the Heartland of America Park. I loved the way it use to look before 2018. 😢❤
