Hello Sapta! I hope you're comments. I'd like to inquire about a scenario: if an applicant is seeking role in internship or full-time position, boasting strong case studies in their portfolio yet lacking any prior work experience, and conversely, another candidate possesses decent case studies along with 6 months of previous work experience - which candidate would capture the recruiter's preference? Also apart from case studies what all factor is important to get a call for interview. If you can answer here that would be good or your another video.
