You guys think the back inversion upside down table would help stretch out my ankle? It has never been the same since I rolled it about a year ago. Please someone let me know lol.
Its not about stretching it out. What you need to do is make the muscles around your ligaments in the foot stronger. Get a wobble board and stand on it with one foot at the time every day and do some exercises. For example, try standing on it with one foot and write your name 10 times with the other foot while trying to balance with a bent knee. Also, make sure you get the wobble board with the big ball under it, not one of those with a single knob under it because they're useless in comparison. My ankle(s) was basically thrashed a few years ago but doing this for a couple of months makes them alright. I hope it works out for you man, skateboarding fucks your body up
