Make sure to spend some time with yourself, ground yourself, or reach out to someone after a large event or a helping some thru a wild trip! Be weary of friends or relationships that only come around when they are going through it. Notice when they have their shiny new friends, lovers and things they are gone in the wind.. To anyone not understanding or having reason to why they feel sick, depressed for no reason or drained for social interations, you might be a super receptive, a healer or guide. 🍄🍄🌍🍻💪✊🤝

Just a PSA to everyone, Whippets are not bad for your brain like the guy at 9:15 said, that's a total myth that people tell each other because they heard it from someone else and just believe it without doing any research. Not getting oxygen to your brain for 10-15 seconds cannot kill brain cells, some people hold their breath for 3 minutes and it doesn't kill braincells. The only way that whippets are bad for you is if you use them way too much you can lower your B12 levels, but this can easily be fixed with supplementation. So stop buying this idea that whippets are bad for you, there is no medical evidence whatsoever this is true. Also Nitrous doesn't work by cutting oxygen to your brain either like some people claim, it's a psychoactive drug that works by itself.
It's also really easy to use nitrous without depriving yourself of oxygen. I take smaller hits and hold it in for like 2-3 seconds, then get some oxygen in me afterwards. Some ppl are dumb though and huff into the balloon.
@@homelessman3483 I've met tons of people who have done nitrous and barely any of them got addicted to it or harmed themselves with it. It can be very moreish though since it lasts like, 1-2 minutes. It's not that dangerous of a drug tbh. Wouldn't be used in dentistry or surgery if inhaling it just straight up gave you brain damage. It can give you super bad nerve damage due to b12 deficiency though if you abuse the fuck out of it. You'd need a lot of money and crackhead energy to do that though, like doing several boxes of chargers daily for months. Nitrous is a pretty boring drug by its own so not many people do nitrous by itself. It's usually taken when on hallucinogens because it's extremely powerful when taken on them, but people don't tend to trip often. Doing a balloon on LSD is like a dissociative DMT sort of experience, that's why it gets sold outside of jam band shows and stuff. Just don't be a retard and you won't hurt yourself. Passing out is a danger but it's super easy to avoid that. It's called not huffing the balloon or holding it in for ages. Take breaths in between and take smaller hits. People have this idea that it gets you high due to oxygen deprivation which simply isn't true, and it's very easy to use the stuff and not get oxygen deprivation. Nitrous is an NDMA antagonist, similar pharmacological profile to ketamine. The gas is psychoactive. I have met one dumbass who does nitrous a lot though because its OTC. This kid also abuses DXM, benadryl and benzedrex. He's not the brightest, and that applies to most people I've met who abuse OTC drugs like dxm and stuff.
Btw nitrous doesn't just deplete b12 but it also makes it where your body can't absorb b12 efficiently for certain periods of time after using it (depends on the amount use), so vitamins aren't going to help much when it's used daily in heavy amounts.

The huge difference between the medical setting and huffing it out of balloons is in a medical setting it is pre mixed with a certain concentration of oxygen and is only used very rarely, less than once a year for perhaps 15-30 minutes while being monitored.. it's actually extremely dangerous even in a medical setting which is why only anesthesiologists are permitted to use this.. last time I had surgery they opted to use ketamine over nitrous because the nitrous is far more dangerous and more involved than doing an intramuscular ketamine infusion.

Not getting oxygen to your brain for 10-15 seconds cannot kill brain cells, some people hold their breath for 3 minutes and it doesn't kill braincells. The only way that whippets are bad for you is if you use them way too much you can lower your B12 levels, but this can easily be fixed with supplementation. So stop buying this idea that whippets are bad for you, there is no medical evidence whatsoever this is true. Also Nitrous doesn't work by cutting oxygen to your brain either like some people claim, it's a psychoactive drug that works by itself.
It's also really easy to use nitrous without depriving yourself of oxygen. I take smaller hits and hold it in for like 2-3 seconds, then get some oxygen in me afterwards. Some ppl are dumb though and huff into the balloon.

Take breaths in between and take smaller hits. People have this idea that it gets you high due to oxygen deprivation which simply isn't true, and it's very easy to use the stuff and not get oxygen deprivation. Nitrous is an NDMA antagonist, similar pharmacological profile to ketamine. The gas is psychoactive.
I have met one dumbass who does nitrous a lot though because its OTC. This kid also abuses DXM, benadryl and benzedrex. He's not the brightest, and that applies to most people I've met who abuse OTC drugs like dxm and stuff.
Btw nitrous doesn't just deplete b12 but it also makes it where your body can't absorb b12 efficiently for certain periods of time after using it (depends on the amount use), so vitamins aren't going to help much when it's used daily in heavy amounts.

The huge difference between the medical setting and huffing it out of balloons is in a medical setting it is pre mixed with a certain concentration of oxygen and is only used very rarely, less than once a year for perhaps 15-30 minutes while being monitored.. it's actually extremely dangerous even in a medical setting which is why only anesthesiologists are permitted to use this.. last time I had surgery they opted to use ketamine over nitrous because the nitrous is far more dangerous and more involved than doing an intramuscular ketamine infusion.
