Y’all I was the radiology transporter that brought Mike to his MRI at Regional. My MRI tech Scott and I where fans and our hearts suck when we did his exams we saw the extent of the cancer (it had gotten into his liver)we knew it wasn’t long before he was gone from us forever. I’ve never told anyone about this. He died a few months after, and we must have rolled the fattest log of a joint and blazed the night away, and jammed out to panic the whole time.
Houser was my OG, not taking any love away from Jimmy Herring cuz he took the torch, and ran like hell. Love both Panics Equally because we're all too grown for that Van Halen/Hagar shot here. One Love and Peace to All the Tribes.

I love WP. I was set to see them live in Milwaukee Summerfest and 3 days before Mikey Houser passed away. Shit happens. I guess. Fuck cancer. At least I got to see Santiago. The Boricua representing! 💪🤘
Not the same for sure, but still groovy and awesome. Jimmy is his own thing. He’s one of the best. I’m glad they didn’t try to mimic what they had before. RIP.
@@bdawgz4741 yeah Jimmy is just a little too much. I've seen them several times and his musicianship is definitely there. they have evolved into Panic without Mikey which is great. There was just something special about the space between Mikey's notes and of course the volume pedal
