I bought this phone and it crashed and when I tried to reinstall information from my other phone it went into a reboot mode and the only option was to reset the phone and all information I had transferred to it would be erased. Tried 3x with the same results. It currently sits in it's shipping box and I went back to my old phone. When it did work it was great. I purchased it in January 2023
