Thanks for reviewing some Chinese brands. There aren't many reviews out there so it is hard to get an idea as to sizing, performance and quality. You've helped enormously. I'm hoping I ordered my size okay for this shoe. I'm US9.5 for Nike Vaporfly but ordered size 10 for the Flame 3.0. I'm now hoping it's not too big. Greetings from Sydney, Australia.
So glad I found your channel and this review. I appreciate the sensible way you approached the review and point out what may impact people’s experience in the shoe.
Happy to stumble upon this review. Also tried this earlier today for a 10k run and find them very responsive. I think I'm going to use this on my upcoming race instead of my takumi sen 10.
@@drcyume I agree. I haven’t broken them in like you explained. They run big for me. So my normal size 10 I use for speed miles, tempo runs. The other pair I went down an entire size. They feel better for longer distances. I have a half marathon coming this week. I’m considering running in them or my endorphin pro v1.
Can you please try the lower stack brother of this shoes, the 361 biospeed 3.0 pro. However, I think the biospeeds are meant for shorter runs such as 3k to 10k runs. Thank you
Plaid of course. I even prefer plaid to adios pro 3 and vapor fly 3. I mean Plaid pro, the one I reviewed. They have other models which I have not yet tested.

May not be too big, just some excess length probably. But the width and fit will be ok.
@@drcyume Thanks. I hope so.
@@insomniaforever6444 any update about size?
@@jspr5514 It's true to size

Congratulations chief...I'm inspired
Thanks for reviewing.
I personally own two pairs. I would love them to create more support and the insoles should be a little thicker for longer distances
Stability is not their strongest point, but not a deal breaker for me at all. The positives far outweigh that.

Will look into that. Thanks for watching.
Which do you prefer, plaid or flame3.0?
Plaid of course. I even prefer plaid to adios pro 3 and vapor fly 3.

Thank you for the review. Is it good for beginners? 10k to half marathon distances?
Yeah
love the review very informative. please also try anta g21 or what are some good running shoes for wide footers
Will check it out. Thanks for watching.
I am wearing US10 for puma velocity nitro 3, can i buy same size for this FLAME 3.0 ?
Yes. I wear size US 11 for puma and Nike and i bought the same for this, and it fits well.
@@drcyume Thank you for you reply, may i know how does it compare to the velocity nitro 3 ? More bouncy / responsive ?
@@PHC24 Much much more bouncy, lighter, better cushion. In fact, you should be comparing them to Adios Pro 3, deviate nitro elite.
@@PHC24 Much more responsive and more comfortable.
What is better Qiaodan feiying plaid or flame 3 :). Planning to use it once 1 week and for competition.
Qiaodan plaid definitely
@@drcyume nice! Thank you! More running shoes review..
@@biggieboi358 Sure
can you make a full comparison with qiaodan plaid
Okay
Is it good as training shoes? Or daily trainer?
Yes. But it will still need support of another shoe. You should not run with carbon plated shoes everyday.
Hey chief how can you compare this to vaporfly 3 in performance and durability?
Vaporfly edges it.
Is this ok with women?
Yes
@@drcyume thank you sir 🙏
Great Video!!
Is it true to size?
I am US9 should I add extra or decrease size?
True to size
Can i use this as a daily trainer?
Yes, i'm using it almost everyday.
Sure. But it may not give as many miles as daily trainers. Thos is designed for race training and race day.
decent for running
Yeah, excellent
