It was the Nature's Fury key passive. So using Boulder has a 30% chance to trigger a hurricane. Since I was spamming it so much it was enough to keep Hurricane up full time.
I don't, this was just something I was messing around with on the PTR for fun. Dolmen Stone is required for sure and the Nature's Fury key passive helps keep hurricane up full time. I'm sure it could be optimized further.
How where you keeping up hurricane for the unique neck yet you don’t have hurricane on your bar?
