Star Wars 1 is just selling because it is a buyer's market right now. Long term it is a blue chipper..even if the gains are modest. 1st Rhas is an undervalued Adams issue. It has serious long term.potential . Mine is pristine..hopefully a 9.4 or better. But I am loathe to have it graded. Worried about it getting damaged.

All the FF and the citizens and even the Watcher staring off into the distance, looking out and slightly up at something approaching. The tag line "The Coming of Galactus" on the cover. I wasn't alive when this book came out but I can only imagine what a little kid must have thought looking at this on a spinner rack or a news stand. I would've been so hyped wondering who the hell is Galactus and why does it feel like business is about to pick up? FF 49 is good, but by comparison, it's just another random action cover, which every cover during the Silver Age was doing that. Nothing about it intriguing me or making me HAVE to have it, other than the normal awesome Kirby artwork and FF goodness of course.

All the 1st print #1 variants now selling raw copies in the $30 - $40 range and rising. You can barely find a cover A copy for sale and when you do, raw copies sell for over $100. The original Kickstarter copies rarely if ever make it to auction and sell at large dollar values as well. Believe it, this book is not coming down. It's white hot and for real. I think you guys should reevaluate your opinion of this book.
