New reports reveal that the Victorian Labor Government is set to replace the Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution (GAIC) charge with a new Victoria-wide tax applicable to all properties across every postcode.
Details of this are yet to be announced, but it is predicted to worsen the property market situation in Victoria.
Even now, Victorians are paying the highest property taxes in the nation. Yet, Labor still wants more!
