Thanks for sharing this great video. When I cook the oyster, it just keeps producing water in the pot. Eventually, the whole dish becomes too wet. How do you deal with that? How do you cook this oyster in less than 5 minutes without so much water in the end?
Hi Deepa. So sorry for our late reply. We have not tried using rice flour for this dish. Sweet potato flour can for a chewy texture on some parts of this dish which is what we’re aiming for. Try using rice flour and let us know how this turned out for you. Happy cooking!

Hihi. Yes you can use non stick pan to cook this oyster omelette but please stick to potato flour because all purpose flour doesn’t give you the chewy bite produced by potato flour. Thereafter, if there is a need to adjust the taste to your liking, do that in the future attempts. This will reduce risk of failing. Spice & Pan recipes are easy to follow and very reliable and I have enjoyed cooking them.

Sambal tumis or siracha with white vinegar to create the chili. I ok with lime if no white vinegar.
