Thanks in case in a Sprint team is unable to complete items ( Dev+ QA ) planned for a sprint and needs to be moved to next sprint what should be the approach for a lead ?
This is a great question Sayandeep. We can tackle this during sprint planning, the day before a new sprint begins. Count up the cards that will not be completed, and their points. Add those points to the next planned sprint. Check the total points against your velocity - you may need to place some planned work back in the backlog. For example if you have 4 cards rolling over, at 3 points each (12 points total), and have 30 points planned for the next iteration (now total 42 points), but your team velocity is 35 points on average, then you may need to place 7 points back in the backlog. Check with the team on how they feel, and try not to overburden them.
This is just wrong - so wrong from the opening statement. No wonder "agile" is completely fúcked. Whoever produced this video (@David McLachlan) you have just misinformed 11,109 people and 194 people really don't know what they are doing (as they have liked this crap)
Ouch! Unless you are just trolling for trolling's sake, constructive criticism would be nicer, please. Otherwise you are no better than the misinformants you supposedly reveal.
This is quick and bang on ....a quick refresher before interviews
