Hi Kenneth, thank you for providing this wonderful arrangement. I'm a beginner and trying to learn this song, but my playing sounds totally different from yours even though I'm playing the same notes from the tab. For example, in the 3 measures starting at 0:50, your playing sounds there is only one pluck on the open high E string at the end of each measure but if I follow the tab and pluck 2 times ( a short one followed by a normal one) it sounds totally different. Can someone help me?
Don't worry about the exact notes he's playing, it's not a Bach fugue, you just need to listen to the original song.
As long as you're emphasizing the melody (basically the vocal part), you can play around with the other notes in the chord shapes.
There are a lot of different ways you could play this.
