@@David31567 Was an arrest warrant ever issued for her? The ICC absolutely has jurisdiction to seek arrest warrants against those who commit war crimes against a signatory to the ICC. We know that Israel won't hand them over , but if they ever step foot in any of the countries that are signatories to the ICC that country is obliged to arrest them. Even Germany, a strong ally of Israel, said they will respect the laws of the court and do what is necessary. Sorry to burst your bubble but the tides are turning against Israel.
