Rust Has Destroyed My Above Ground Pool

I will be rebuilding my pool this year. By removing my old rusty pool and installing a brand new one, a new pool will be up for the 2022 swimming season.

How old is this pool? How long did it take to get that bad?

I have had it a decade. It deteorated over a couple years when I was unable to stop a leak completely. Should have just replaced the liner.
