I have an issue....in z level stagger ramping circular toolpath (like helical).... My toolpath breaks into linear moves and nx generate like a linear .... It should be an circular move.... When i verify animation...tool moves linearly in small segment to complete circle it polygon.... When this operation is post process and perform to machine ...finish workpiece and look from near it is like polygon with small segments..do you have any solution for this???
If your part file is imported from any other formats, this part surfaces are may be changed little bit. Kindly Optimize the part before cam operation by using Optimize face tool. Then regenerate your Tool path, It may be works.
