This is my protective style as well with 2 long braids in the summer time. I alternate with a rattail comb to smooth the waves as I braid down. Thanks G😍

I like the braids. Very simple and cool for the summer. I'm in Cali so I know it can get very hot, but my hair isn't as long as yours so I can still do wash n go and not get too hot.

I do something similar but with a top bun and 2 braids on the side. And i top it off with either a bandana or a hat.

Love your hair I just cut my hair from my knees to my shoulder couldn’t do it no more. It grows fast tho so I’m not worried lol . It only took about 5 years last time I cut it from knee to shoulder. Btw see you at CurlFest I go every year and already got my tickets 😉

If I was blessed to have all that hair.......... I think my signature style would be a 1 braid ponytail very often wrapped in a bun. or a halo braid with a scarf or du rag covering it.
