How you’re picking up the braking and turn in points with a face full of car for the whole race, not making a mistake even once, was impressive, great job 👏
"Can I Still Be Competitive on Assetto Corsa Competizione?", why yes, yes you can still be competitive on Assetto Corsa Competizione? Tinko's defending was like superhuman and you being able to keep focus being the meat in that sandwich for so many laps. T'was a great watch.
Driving the new mustang is pretty fun, you should check it out. Its a bit of a meme machine right now as it is a rocket on the straights even with wing. Driving it at bathurst is an Australian's dream! The league i'm in did a 40 car race there and it was awesome
@@Jaaames 287 on monza main straight before T1. Porsches struggle to get above 280. Ive smashed my pb at basically every track with it. The mid to high range acceleration is insane.
Hi James I have just seen the spa 24 entry list and I just wanted to say well done on securing a drive with Garage 59 . I was so happy to see this today .
The main race was intense! I thought for sure going down the back straight into the long braking zone. You would try to get along side. But it was a bit tight! Great race. :)
Long shot, but hey James, any chance we could get a video showing how you setup your in car camera settings, they are so unique and different to most, I'd love to see how you go about setting them up. Cheers
After 10,000 hours into the game it's safe to say, you'll always be fast😂 Most of us are lucky if we can master 1 car let alone be fast in all of them. That's the most impressive aspect with the elite sim racers! Their ability to hop in any car and be fast! I've driven the McLaren Evo so much all the other cars feel weird! I'm normally within 1 or 2 seconds off the elite GT3 times but when I try the other cars I'm 4 or 5 seconds slower. I'm gonna start driving the Porsche Cup car.. Figure if I can learn the 24.Nurb in the Porsche Cup car it will be easy with the McLaren Evo.. Talk about a learning curve! Learning the Nordschleife having never driven it before is brutal! There are so many sections to remember. Just as I get one part down, I forget the next sector and wreck lamo😂. By the time I learn it AC2 will be out and I'll have to learn a new game all over again! 😢
Are there any practice drills for learning how to drive this closely behind another car without wiping them out? Insanely fun to watch but I bet it's even more fun to drive Gg James that was great to witness, I hope I can drive like that one day 🙏
I really wanted to love ACC but I find it too sterile and more importantly runs like a dog in VR which is the only way I race.😊 A large part of how it feels is probably because I'm not very good and don't "feel" it at the limit. That was a great watch, would be interesting to colour grade the footage or even apply a Nvidia filter to make it even more epic
Can you coach me on ACC? I'm struggling in Rookie class in league races. Edit: just looked at the video description lmao Edit on the edit: dang that's expensive

Watching this live was mental. My heartrate at the main race finish was as if I was racing myself 😂
😂
9:33 THATS ME MOM I MADE IT 😅 great race mate 💪
Lol, gg mate.
I enjoy the little things. The hit marker on the crash was a nice detail. Really liking the editing!

About time glad to see you back in ACC
Have missed it
Who else felt ever so slightly like they were tipping forward through the Esses and Dipper?
😂
Yes James you can,😅 you are quick in ever car to every track to any game😂

The Cold War hit marker when you hit the wall in practice was a touch

By far the best sim racing content creator on you tube. Fact.

What a fucking race in race 2 😱
Haha, was a bit mad

The transition at 4:05 damnn
Eracing at the very highest level. Superb!
🙂
Grid of Alpines looking great
It was nice seeing you around for the first time... from the other side of the grid, but anyways xD
Nice race!
Thanks😄
O my god this was so intense
That's the definition of close racing. 😳
No room for error
@@Jaaames That's insane. To race that close and without dropping the pace.
i love the alpine so much in this game. people who don't drive the GT4s are missing out so hard.
Little drift machine
Great race. Fantastic formation driving.

Braking inputs feel so much different to iRacing. Feels like on ACC the cars want to be on 100% brake pressure
Absolutely right. ACC is way more on or off, 1 or 0, compared to iRacing
Yep, slam those brakes on ACC
I was like why tf are his tyre pressures so low at the start, then after half of the lap I knew why lmao
Yeah, no tyre warmers in GT4, sketchy at the start of a race
@@Jaaames I often race with like 6-12C on old AC and then managing the tyres is hell
P3: L. Whitehead - 24h Nordschleife Legend 👍
Jesus Christ this was one of the craziest races I have ever ever watched!! AWESOME!!!!
It was intense that's for sure
You drove very fair most ppl would've moved him out the way lol
I was tempted at times but would have probably resulted in a crash or penalty
Does a bear sh*t in the woods?
I guess so
hi james, amazing race! curious about your fov setting, it looks really nice and natural!
I use 36 FOV🙂

Glad you enjoyed
Incredible performance! Against those top guys who's been at it during this whole time 💪

@James make some video about brake settings, like pedals, stiffness and some trail brake tips pleaaase
Will see what I can do

Thrilling thats so nice
We waiting for back to ACC
think the answer is yes james lad
Thank god
I much prefer watching this than F1.
I mean.. I knew the answer before I even watched the video 😅
What settings are you playing this on because it doesn't seem very detailed?
Fairly high graphics settings tbf, not max, not far off tho.
Nice race
Thanks
well played

Idk but watching ACC is so much better than iRacing.
Tbf I fully understand a big chunk of my audience is ACC > iRacing
why ACC not GT Sort or GT 7 ??? hope to find answer ... great driving champ 🏁🏁🏎🏎🔥🔥
GT 7 is very arcady.
lets go! tinko`s "unpleasant" driving style....no thx
He was fair enough here tbh I think
it was pretty smart tho. within the rules, ethically debatable tho for sure
