I know the Defense wasn't trying to do anything even close to exotic. Would have liked to have seen more edge pressure. Offense play calling was a thing of beauty.
I’m not. They didn’t game plan to contain a running QB. They just played a basic vanilla base defense all day, nothing creative or aggressive. This is not the type of defensive calls/strategies you will see when we actually play somebody with a pulse. I’m actually more concerned about how the LBs never fill the holes and meet the RB. Instead, they stay put and wait for the RB to come to them. Hopefully that will be corrected.
@@TheMrPorterI agree with you on the LB’s , but it’s mostly Sonny Styles. When Reese gets in the game he’s attacking. Laurinitis has himself a five star athlete in Styles who isn’t really a football player.
@@jimmy5634 Yep. I think he's just playing out of position. He's too light to be a DE, so I don't know where he should be. It looked like he was running in mud yesterday. He also seems to over pursue quite a bit. Maybe it's just growing pains with him. I would like to see Reese and Powers get some more PT.
Defensive line looks suspect…no pressure with 4 against Marshal…we can’t continue to bring corners and safety’s closer to the line of scrimmage to make tackles. When your Safety is your leading tackler then you have a serious problem.

they missed williams on the DL allowed the marshall OL to focus on jack and jt
Special teams and the deep ball is concerning to me but we'll get it figured out awesome show as always thanks guys go bucks ❤️
"I'm thinking about targeting. I'm thinking about Arby's." 💀😂
Seriously don't think they'll be tested until the national championship final. If Oregon plays a perfect game maybe
Now we've gave up 20 points in 3 games and scored like what 157...not too shabby...
Outside of the kicking issue, I m Concerned about the defense being able to handle an athletic running QB.

I still don't see any serious pressure on their QB. Disappointing against inferior opposition. Can they get better...I hope so.
👍🏈
52 - 6, next week I guess.
