고대 운동에서 방망이 휘두르기가 실제 전투 혹은 전투의 축소판이자 놀이격인 레슬링에서 실제적 힘쓰기를 목적으로한 수단이다보니, 결국 그걸 목적으로한 다양한 스포츠나 무도에서도 지향하는 점이 같을 수 밖에 없을듯합니다.

오 저도 아이키도 동작과 동일하다 생각했는데 이렇게 느끼는게 저만은 아니네요. 창 지르는 동작부분도 아이키도 봉술 설명과 비슷합니다. 신촌의 아이키도 본부의 윤회장님과도 이야기 해보시는게 유익할듯!!
