Oregon Spring Bear | Part 1 | Solo Backpack Hunt

On this hunt, I'm headed to a corner of the state I've never been to try my hand at bagging my first spring bear. It's new country and and a new opportunity so I'll have to work harder than most hunts to learn what I can about this season. And, I'll be doing it solo while I pack into some remote country away from roads and easy access. Overall this hunt is a grind with a steep learning curve but a rewarding experience non the less.

Felt like I was right there with you Tyler... except for my legs weren't tired! Spring bear is crazy some times. The seem to really like sunny days over 55-60 degrees then they just pop. It seems like you are in a desert for days and they all of the sudden, they are everywhere. I didn't draw this year so thanks for taking me along on the hunt! Eric

Good video. You're an easy and likable guy to watch. So many videos have over-the-top people who act like they are on a do or die military mission and the entire video is broken up with screaming guitars as background music. Well done on filming and editing.
