I remember seeing this movie with my ex wife on our second date at that time I was only 25 years old and she was 34 years old she was my true love and this movie brought all ot of memories and everytime i hear this song that brings tears in my eyes because it still reminds me of her i miss her

Good gracious, sometimes true absolute love comes to us at least once in our lives, I had a beautiful intelligent vibrant woman, because of my stupidity I lost that true love, she walked away from me, and believe me I have always regretted my actions and I truly missed her every single day this beautiful music brings me to tears every time I think of her, please everyone if you have a true love one in your life, don't make the same stupid idiotic mistakes that I made, treasure it for all the days of your life.

What you say is generally true, but there are a few movies that have absolutely no music and are still great films. The movie "Network" by Sidney Lumet comes to mind. And of course there are some outstanding silent films that were not paired with a score specifically written for that movie.

John Barry's music has always been hauntingly sweet, relaxing, and adventurous to me. He was a most gifted composer. I never tire of his beautifully orchestrated material.... often in various movie themes, James Bond films, and more. To me, he represents one of the greats in the world of music, and should never be forgotten..
I don't know why but I've always found this movie and it's magnificent music heartbreaking.💔
