    Dude, so nice. Instead of the bulky 12v car batteries. How long does the battery last on that setup?

    • @inshoreboys
      @inshoreboys  Год назад +1

      Typically 3 to 4 hours with this pump but I get 8 hours on a power bubbles dual pump. 5 amp hour Dewalt battery

    Maybe a stupid question, but could you use one of the small 12v batteries they make now like some ppl throw on their kayaks and what not and run it directly to the pump!? Looking for making one of these to go on my boat to keep shad fresh while we catfish freshwater lakes here in NC. Love the idea, Thanks!

      Yes the important thing is that you get a voltage converter to convert the 20v battery to 12v to run the pump. Also make sure not to drain the battery all the way to 0% I have a Amazon link in the long form bait tank video on our channel

      @@inshoreboys thanks for the reply man! Again; your talking to someone that is the least knowledgeable about wiring and electrical anything. I’ve watched that video and under stand to run the small dewalt 20v you need the converter but could you not just run the pumps directly too the smaller 12v with out a converter since they are the same voltage or am I totally wrong!?
      Thanks again for your time in replying!!

    • @inshoreboys
      @inshoreboys  Год назад +1

      I have a screen over the water intake that acts as a filter to stop debris from getting inside the pump
