Hi! It's been a while! I've been busy too: graduated with a degree in history, full-time working now, home renovation projects. Currently letting my schoolbook burn out heal, it's nice to not be forced to read anymore. And I have 3 or 4 book projects on the front burner: mostly brainstorming and outlining, getting books for research...Just learning to enjoy not being in school anymore and getting back to the playpen of writing.

Congrats on graduating. It's always nice to hear someone's life going in a positive direction. You'll have to comment more when you get back to reading and let me know if you've found something good. I'm hoping to do some practical book reviews for my leather and clothbound collectors editions soon, and I want to give some obscure indie games on PS5 and Steam some attention. Hopefully people will find such videos entertaining. Good to hear from you, hopefully it won't be quite so long next time.

I'm happy to hear you're health is improving and weight loss too. This platform's censorship has been insane since the U.S. debate, but even more so within this past week. Booktube is still booktube. The echo chamber continues. I look forward to seeing your bookshelf tours.

Oh, it's not platform censorship on RUclips that concerns me; it's new authoritarian policies and policing from the UK government that have seen people arrested, pushed through 24-hour courts, and convicted of "hate speech" or "public order" crimes, and sent to prison for as much as 2 years! Yes seriously. In this country criticising the government, especially on issues like immigration, can land you in prison.
