Incredible!!!!! As entertaining to listen to as to watch! Baard is the perfect combination of refined technicality, power and punk attitude in his playing!
Somehow Baard combines the thrashing around everywhere technique we used when we started with this unbelievable control, power, and finesse that many of us only dream about ever achieving.
Very nice. I did wonder how long it would be till something like this happened. You need to get over to the UK and get with one of our DnB producers for a live set pendulum/chase and status style Baard.
Kickslip это ТОП!!!! Ребята, продолжайте в том же духе!!! Больше стилей! У вас реально шикарно получается!!! Лучшее из музыкального, что я видел на Ютубе!!!
listen to more music which is interesting rhytmically. Whenever you play you don't think "Im gonna play 32nds right now" and Baard doesn't think that way too. Though it's very important to practice 32nds (as any other subdivisions) techniquewise, to transform the basic groove into this you should have a trained ear which has an understanding of different rhythmical patterns that can be applied here and there. Well, whenever I play something like this my body (technique) and my ear (namely 'taka-tu-kas' that I have in my head) tell me what to do. Of course it's useful to practise 32nds, because you need to have full control of your body to play those 16s, triplets, 32nds, but if you'd meanwhile be listening only to AC/DC and alike you'll not get anywhere you want to get.
Find other musicians to practice with, and find things to fill in with , whether it be bass drum hits or hi hat tricks between the basic beat, play with both hands, dont let one sit while one does all the work , and keep your feet moving , try to stay in sync , but dont overdue it either. Find the wave from snare to bass , ride and surf it..practice and listen all day everyday
there is no genre this man can't touch.
One of the most atrociously precise drummers on Earth. Brilliance.
I wish my wife would look at me the way Baard looks at his high-hat.
Как приятно слушать человека, который от своей работы получает удовольствие. Круто!

From Winter Thrice, Now here, love this man.
Both have skills from outer space!
An absolute unit on the drums. These two fuse a new sense of energy into these songs....incredible.
Just so much fun. This is why I love Baard's drumming. My favourite of all time 🙌

Baard, you are unreal. You're easily my favorite drummer and I don't throw that out lightly. Absolute mad lad.

The last 45 seconds of the song are the best. Fat groove

Just started drumming recently, and I'm quite curious how to transform a basic beat to this, lol.
