Alitretinoin is a first generation retinoid according to new Rooks (seems to be incorrectly given in Wolverton)
Yes, you are correct. It has now been corrected as a 1st generation retinoid. Thank you for pointing it out. :D. I shall pin this comment so others may see this and correct. Thank you once again. :)
Your lectures makes learning drugs easy sir🙌
You are so kind! Thank you! I am glad you are finding these videos helpful. There are more to come. Keep watching 😄
Very informative video sir, request videos on nutrition deficiency and ageing of skin and its management.
Thank you sir
Hi, thank you for your suggestion 😊. These are very interesting topics. I will surely make videos on these topics. Would you suggest some good nutritional deficiencies that we should discuss?
Thank you very much sir 🙏🏻
Most welcome 😁 keep watching
🙌🙌
Thank you 😊
Very well explained sir....
A question...why platelet count to be done ( since they cause neutropenia..we do CBC...why platelets)
Also why RFT are to be done
Thank you sir
That's a good doubt. Retinoids are known to cause thrombocytopenia. There are multiple articles on this, even in acne patients. Interstitial nephritis has been reported. But RFT is just to have the complete evaluation of the patient.
Hydroxychloroquine drug pr lacture Sir
Thanks for the suggestion. I have added it to the suggestion list. 😊
