Btw, what's the song in the intro? I tried using shazam, but it just kept saying that it couldn't catch it and to try making it louder or whatever, despite my tv being loud enough to wake neighbors... I hope it's not just some random Mayones jingle, 'cause it sounds pretty noice.
Ugh... Between this and Misha's sig, I'm quite torn... Not like I have money for either, but I'd assume the HT6 is less, that and I could finance it. The Mayo however (the one I'd much rather have since it has a Schaller Hannes) probably cost way more and the only financing options available for it - if any - would put me under a lot of pressure to meet the payments... *perpetual sigh*
+Benjamin Klose Expect somewhere upwards of the Duvell Elite model, given this is a signature model. Expect north of $3200 for the 6 and $3300 for the seven from most Mayones dealers.
+Kelly Glowatski It's called "Lines" by Tripture. Easily the most disappointing discovery for me. I loved the sample I heard because of these videos, and hated everything else from them.
I never buy signature stuff, I like to have my own identity ya know? But the purple 7 string version I would buy in a heartbeat. I can afford it, I just don't want to spend that kind of money on a guitar. I'm planning on buying a Kawasaki KLR 650 motorcycle soon, and one of these guitars would be more that half of that!!
I fail to see the connection between the Hopi culture some random English guy, even after his explanation. He says "Qatsi" is the obvious choice, but there's nothing obvious about that. Guitars are a huge part of lots of people's lives. There's no tie in or relevance to the Hopi there. He just picked out some random culture, liked the sound/look of some of their words and designs, and went with it to be different.
man... that juice burst is killing me
It's also killing Justin Lowe.

True. I have no shame.
Beautiful guitars, John!!! You definitely deserve a signature guitar from a respected company such as Mayones. Congrats!
Those are some amazing guitars! I bet they play beautifully!
The fact that u did that for justin.... I got the chills
Wow, what a genuine dude, stoked to see him with some sigs
John's presentation of this guitar is so damn convincing, but I wish I could afford it lol
Mayones- The Pride of Poland!
If I ever win in a lottery I will buy one of these!
wow love the green one
When I win that $1.4 billion Powerball, I'll buy one of each.
beautiful guitars!
my precious
oaaaaa just in time for christmas...
so would you say the guitar is snappy?
No, not at all. He never said that.
Yes all that talk of snappy and then I hear a totally distorted and muddy sound that is super saturated?
+Chris Wills It's Snappy for sure. Doesn't Crackle under intense gain and allows you to Pop during lead sections.
It's a Treat, man.

Well look at the size of the amp. It's not going to be a very high wattage for the proper sound in this case.
I'll take the purple beast for a thrashing any day.
Can only hope to ever afford one of those. god damn :(
very nice!
The two purple bursts look different - i like the one in the background more. Any chance to get this one?

Terrible lighting or poor colour correction?

Seems like this guitar is "the most obvious choice"

im hopi he's mispronouning is it......it pronounced "gah-tsi" with a hard "g"
Anyone know the song at 6:26?
