I was at this graduation thanks to my niece who was graduating. It is a memory I will always cherish. He was a wonderful speaker and a real leader. I watched him last night and wanted to cry remembering that we once were great.

That has always been true and even more so today.
Great speech. He is a gifted orator. Unfortunately, his policies do not even come close to matching his words.
Under his watch of 7 and a half years, what has happened?
Domestically...
Average salaries of Americans have stagnated, while taxes on the middle class have risen sharply.
Income inequality is greater than it was when he took office.
We have greater racial tensions in this country than 7 years ago.
Our GDP is stagnated at 0.5% growth, while our population grows at a much higher pace.
We have the greatest number of people on Welfare and food stamps than in the history of the US.
We have 19 trillion dollars in debt, soon rising to 21 trillion
Our roads, bridges, trains, airports, still crumbling. US Reinvestment Act did nothing to help. Stimulus packages all ended up out of circulation into greedy government contractors' hands.
Hmm how about internationally...
We have Islamic extremism on the rise all over the Middle East.
Egypt -> Islamic Brotherhood -> now overthrown by military coup -> no idea where this country will go, but not good
Syria -> Assad still in power, but now has an alliance with Russia. Assad is not going away any time soon. Russia now has a firm foothold in the middle east to exert its military power. And yes, it will try to build its pipeline to control oil and natural gas supply to Europe.
Lybia -> Islamic terror state, Lybian oil being sold under our nose, going to ISIS and other radical groups, all under the watch of Saudi Arabia
Iraq -> overthrow of corrupt Sunni government put in place by the US, under the guidance of the US Department of State
Iran -> unopposed power, under control of a fundamentalist Shea Muslim government. US hastily signed nuclear arms deal, misled the American people about the details of the deal, which we are now finding out after the fact, after sanctions have been lifted.
China -> aggressively taking over islands in the South China Sea, building massive military
North Korea -> testing nuclear weapons with no fear of repercussion from the US
Afghanistan -> Taliban and Radical Islam growing in power. More US troops forced to be sent.
ISIS -> continues to control and maintain a caliphate, controlling large amounts of Iraq and Syria. Left to grow in power and influence, with numerous attacks around the world (Paris, Brussels, Baghdad, San Bernadino)
Europe -> in turmoil due to 4 million Syrian refugees brought in. Refugee crisis is the result of early withdrawal of US troops from Iraq, allowing ISIS the chance to establish footholds in many of the biggest Iraqi cities that we abandoned.
Regarding Mr. Obama's other goals:
Global warming. Yes, this is a real threat. However, China, India, and Brazil as well as all other developing countries are simply not going to cut off their developing economies, simply because the US drags them into a conference. They simply are not. Coal is the #1 source of fuel in China, and it will continue to be so.
Gay marriage, transsexual rights. Yes, these are great ideals. However, society has to move into this on its own accord. You cannot push or force people into this direction, or you create resentment and division. That is why these laws were under the guidance of individual states. Good job creating all these lawsuits against the federal government. Great use of our tax money!
China will not respect intellectual property rights of US companies. They simply will not. They will steal ideas and copy ideas with impunity. They will continue tech espionage. They will continue manipulating their currency. Unfortunately, Obama has not held China on these problems.
Obamacare. Passed with deliberate deception. Read news about Gruber, the MIT professor who created it. With something so contentious and complex, whether or not it is a good idea, it needed the cooperation of everyone in the US to make it work. That is why Social Security and Medicare have survived. They had 80% support of all Americans. By deceiving all Americans, increasing their taxes, and forcing them to buy insurance through the individual mandate, it has caused changes that will have unforeseen consequences. It is too complex, and it will have many unforeseen consequences. It already has had them, in particular the unexpected rise in health insurance. Even if 80% of people were behind it, it would have needed a lot of combined effort to make it work. By forcing it into a divided country, it widened the divide. Obamacare will fail spectacularly, and very likely will be repealed.
This is all very very sad. Obama could have been a great president. He needed to listen to his own words. he needed to really work on holding Republicans in the fold. He alienated them immediately after winning the election by acting smug and dominant, and they never let him forget it. If Obama had been a better leader, we could have worked together as a country. Awww, Republicans too tough for you, Mr. President? Why would you try to bash Republicans when giving a speech in Manila, Philippines?? Why try to blame Republicans for any problems that you have. It takes two to argue. Unfortunately, the title of Great Divider sticks to Obama.
Other points and problems:
Fast and furious scandal -> Good job Eric Holder
IRS Scandal -> using the IRS as a political weapon to go after conservative groups. Good Job Obama! Way to practice what you preach about listening to all sides and being open minded.
Benghazi -> Hiding the truth about a terrorist attack on 9/11 anniversary, just because it happens 6 weeks before your election. Shameful! Go ahead and let Hillary Clinton and Susan Rice take the fall. It was all Obama. No one told you to go in front of the UN and deceive the entire world about being from an internet video. Utterly shameful. Please apologize to your country about this deception before you leave office.
Clinton e-mail server scandal -> Good Job Mr. Obama staying out of the mix. Oh wait, you went on national TV and said there is not even a "smidgen" of wrong doing. WTF?! We just got a report today from the State Department saying that she did this with no approval, and then deliberately tried to deceive what she was doing. We are all just waiting for the other foot to fall when the FBI completes its investigation.
Just sad, sad, sad. I find it unbelievable that someone with these obvious glaring problems can try to spin his own legacy. I mean, does Obama "think we're stupid?'

To have done that means a need for constant ally who lends you strength of body and health is the person to look too. Too many people look on and do nothing but force you to work more and more. When the crowds pack in tight around you need a community that knows you well and protects you better from the many pains of effortful striving and the growing pangs of the urban world.
