- Let's talk about drone stuff. After recieving a lot of questions about the drone footage from Norway, we give you a little insight with this video.
There is this one challenge when it comes to drones ... Which drone delivers good quality and is not too big for easy travelling? As production standards arrived at 4K resolution, it would also be nice to have 50/60 frames per second in 4K. As we usually fly DJI drones, that would be the Phantom 4. Not a small drone and not easy to travel with ... especially when you have to bring a backup as well. The DJI Mavic would be much better in size, but doesn't deliver acceptable quality and framerates. What to do? Well, we decided to see what's available elsewhere and found a very promising alternative with the Autel Robotics EVO. It's not only recording 4K in 50/60 fps, it is even more affordable than the DJI Mavic. We took it to a test in Norway and are positively surprised by the results. The footage is especially good to use for postproduction. Check it out and let us know what you think!

Behind the Mask is literally my inspiration for beginning underwater videography. What video settings do you use below water? Also, do you offer workshops? I would love to attend one once Covid-19 calms down.
Sweeeeeeet! Do you by chance recommend any good LUTS for editing in post production? I just got the DJI Mavic Pro 2 and I'm excited to see how the footage looks! I'm trying to find some great LUTS for the drone footage. 😀
