I think a lot of people are forgetting the fact that this series is not in line with the lore and is completely separate from it. In this, Afton isn’t a psychopathic killer, he’s a sadistic bully. And puppet isn’t a murdered child possessing an animatronic, she’s just a robot with a human-like personality, like the other animatronics.
