For the Reel motors, are they identical if you need to replace one or is there a Right and a Left?? This is so helpful, thanks for doing this!!!

I've just picked one of these up - Play works fine, but it won't spool in either direction. Either button pushed when playing will take it out of play, but no spooling at all - Control board or something simpler?

Yes, The larger pully is an idler that reduces the speed to the counter. :)
