i have a 2008 fj cruiser with the bushwacker fender flares and i just installed 2 inch spacers. When i turn to the right, however, my driver side front wheel rubs up against part of my frame underneath, what do i do?
@@colinsandlin8575 I'm pretty sure he meant on the backside of the spacer where it meets the rotor. I just bought spacers and the instructions say to put anti-seize in between the spacer and the rotor.
My brother didn’t want to do that. If he got new wheels, he didn’t want to worry about getting open ended studs if he opted to not use the spacers later.
i made that mistake on the 4runner, it was a huge pain in the ass to swap the old studs back in after i got aftermarket wheels and ditched the wheel spacers
Yes,..Ethnic Americans of all Blood lines have been doing this for years. It pays respect to Our Ancestors love of cool looking rides. Our Ethnic Traditions run deep and we look forward to moving up maybe someday to 2''.. It's Fashion, and function. Love your channel.
Did you have any issues with this installation? I mean problems resulting from the use of spacers?

Body mount chop
I cut the metal it was rubbing on
Jack Daye you need a realignment
Wouldn't that mod afect anything like shaft or bearing?
Super! Looks better if you ask me. I plan on doing this to my 4-Runner with stock wheels.
Big ass shop and no torque wrench haha
No anti-seize? Going to be fun trying to take those off in a few years.
Can you use loctite and anti seize on the same stud?

@@cesarcantu378 Thanks! Very helpful as I'm about to do this in a few weeks.
Really? The shop that beautiful and there’s no torque wrench
is this west kendall Toyotas shop?
Hi what is the size for the spacers
1.25 inches
Cool! Didn't opt for extended studs instead?

wow you made that look so easy.
Hmm interesting, any rubbing?
Richard G none at all really. He recently got new wheels and tires and it does rub now. So we did the body chop.
Rule #1. Don't use an impact gun.
Matthew Garland agreed. Stock studs are only 80# spec.
Rule #2: don’t put spacers on a vehicle with no lift and stock tires.
Orion Adams damn it!
@@MrAdams-vf8sr why?

Good job man, looks better....
Why? Is this an ethnic thing to have stock wheel sets sticking out from the fenders?

What’a hilarious is that you literally went and out and installed the same damn spacers.
wear some safety googles....
Other than good shop practice, can you provide a reason why you would need safety googles when all you’re really doing here is changing a tire?
