- This week, I film while at choir with Angela! I update you on all the home improvements on the bungalow, deal with body temperature problems and a bad computer! Also, go out with my Mum and Dad to lunch and to the range and do a mini haul! Another packed week!

Hi Nicola. Everything you describe about your fibromyalgia I’m exactly the same. Relate to you perfectly. I have gone through an early menopause too so the sweats where absolutely horrible. When you get a hot flush your body really struggles to regulate again. Love watching your videos, and the bungalow looks lovely. Xx
Ah, thank you! It's nice to know I'm not alone! Hot sweats are awful! I hate them! 😟
The choir sounded great. Sweating is one of my biggest nightmares, just the slightest effort brings it on. If I do a job like folding laundry I have to wear a towelling headband or it just runs down my face. At night it can be terrible, quite often I wake up and the sheet and pillow are literally drenched. When I go out for my walks I seem ok as (at the moment) it is cold outside.
I am sorry you suffer with it too but glad I'm not alone! Think I might invest in a towelling headband for the mornings!
