FIX Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra touch not working issue solved / S pen working

@@darlancarvalho1816 I couldn't find a way to fix the issue but I just went to the store and had them fix it. They told me that they replaced my whole screen with a totally new one. And now its working just fine

Guys he had to put a new screen on.

The Same Problem occured and upper half is not working with fingers and lower half is working . With Spen upper half works. Pls help to resolve this issue.
