I went there on Friday had this dish and it was so yummy
I went there on Friday and what a very nice restaurant it is
I had this at Galvin with a chive beurre blanc. It was a great dish and I nicked it for my place.

I am a lucky bloke as I have eaten at La Chapelle a number of times and the video does not do the dish justice. Its better than lovely and worth every penny.

Why he cook crab he did not use it
I think he folded the crab meat through the scallop mousse before pipping it into the moulds?
His neck must be sore.
